Setting up a lease expecting someone to use 1.8 tyres over the course of a 5 year lease is what this business thinks is reasonable. Drive 12 months (25,000 kms) under your projected and advised kms, just have standard services done etc and this business will bill you for being $4000 outside of your lease... why because even though they're the 'experts' there's no real or feasible metrics attached to their supposed calculations of what your monthly lease deductibles should be. Even removing comprehensive insurance out of the lease and paying it out of my own pocket, has no negated the defective way the lease was set up. But apparently, that's on me. What an absolute joke. Working for a business whereby most other people are with Lease Plan and have such positive experiences, I was unfortunately directed to Fleet Partners who love to gaslight you and give you mental health challenges.
Follow-up · These so called experts are meant to calculate a lease based on informed understanding of the vehicle, how many kilometres you advise that you will do plus running costs etc. I am a whole year UNDER my kilometres and if this lease was calculated correctly I would actually be in credit but instead they are trying to pin me for $3,700 for doing nothing more than driving the vehicle LESS than projected. No extra services, nothing. Their lease allowed for 1.8 tyres over 5 years! Not only ridiculous but dangerous. And so so many online reviews saying the same things. They are not only deficient in their processes but opportunistic in trying to gain financial advantage from their customers
