Well 3 days on now and absolutely nothing. No response or communication. Have completed the application, updated statements. Glad I've given all this info for nothing.

One word to describe this company. PATHETIC.highly recommend not using these guys. They put a new meaning to the term worst customer service ever.

Stay Clear of Money Plus – Close the burwood office, then you have to deal with the incompetent staff at Bankstown. Problem after problem after problem. Avoid money plus like the plague, what they say and do are two different things. An absolute nightmare to deal with.
