Once again Hilton Plumbing has impressed me with their service. Very prompt in attending a blocked drain issue. Dave was super friendly and very efficient and got the job done for very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. Great job team.

Hello World! Hilton Plumbing is not only reliable, honest, hard working and trustworthy, they will explain the problem clearly. Yes, plumbing is expensive but their prices are at least 20% cheaper than other 'instant' plumbers I've contacted. If you need the job done without hassles and quickly, Hilton is the place to go. They are cheaper, they are more thorough and their repairs are top quality. I swear by them every time!
Big thanks to David and Tom from Hilton Plumbing for replacing our gas hot water system. They were friendly, professional, and worked quickly while still doing a great quality job. Everything was explained clearly and they cleaned up afterwards too. Really appreciate the excellent service — highly recommend!
Be VERY CAREFUL. They advertise no callout costs but will rip into you when on site with a price that may as well include callout cost. Expect even a minor blockages using the hydro jet to be charged at top rates and give it at least 24hrs for response. From the initial enquiry via their website, to receiving a prompt and friendly call from their Admin (Kim) who provided an indicative time on when they can turn up , to the plumber (David) turning up on the dot as promised, everything in their process just worked where their professionalism showed. The investigative work on site was thorough where the plumber went to great lengths to pin point the problem. No issue recommending.
Carlo was very professional and assisted with the replacement of the unit. Installed neatly without any damage to tiles. The old unit was taken away for $55. thank you Carlo
Had a leaking pipe under the concrete outside kitchen. leak was fixed but what they call completion of job is this photo. A 100kg block of concrete for a 70yo pensioner on chemo to replace. No apology and "we will come out and replace it but it's not part of our service and we are not concretors or landscape gardeners we are plumbers we have done the plumbing job and that's where it ends" OMG!!! I was gobsmacked!! So you're concretors when you're cutting out the hole with 'ching' 'ching' ringing in the background but you're not concretors when it suits YOU. Unfortunately good old fashioned customer service has gone the same way ethics has gone, down the gurgler. I've spent thousands with these 'people' but they will not get a penny more off me. TAKE HEED! When a company says 'Payable on Completion' ask them to define 'completion' and will they 'complete the task and not just 75% completed. I paid $370.00 for 5mins to find the leak you'd think that would have given me the privelidge of getting a complete job done. Not so. Oh! I later contacted the company, who then stated in writing that their pricing is actually $149 for the first 15 minutes and $50 per additional 15-minute block, which is completely different from what I was told onsite.
The plumbing issue also wasn’t resolved. I was advised the plastic obstruction had been pushed further into the pipe and that the problem could return. If the “solution” is to pay hundreds of dollars just to push the obstruction further in, I would have been better off not engaging a plumber at all.
Because of the inconsistent pricing information I was given and the outcome of the job, I have lodged a formal complaint with Consumer Protection WA. I have retained timestamped footage and recordings relating to the visit.
I do not want anyone else going through the same experience or being misled like I was.

So I called them and the lady on the phone was polite and booked me in the next day and gave me an estimate price range to expect which I thought was good. But of course it’s easy to promise great service, it’s the delivery service that counts. So Ryan the tradie comes out and with in 2 minutes I’m asking my self does he own this company as his whole attitude body language questions he asked were completely in line with what the company mentioned above. I was very happy like 10 out of 10 for effort professionalism and price and would absolutely recommend the company again especially if they were all like Ryan. and desperate to talk to someone, I searched the net and seeing the reviews for Hilton Plumbing, I remembered we had used them years ago on a Sunday morning with an internal burst pipe with great success. To my shock, a real person answered the phone first attempt. A Plumber who specialised in locating leaks was on site a couple hours later. He located the leak in a very difficult position, Sorted a bypass to allow us to have water and booked another team to come and complete a more permanent solution to a very big job. Everyone I dealt with at Hilton Plumbing did what they said went they said they would do it. They have the right experience and equipment to handle the most difficult situations. I was happy with the outcome and the cost, I wont be calling anyone else in the future. As I type this a week after making the first round of calls to the other companies I'm am still to gain a reply from the other companies. I have a Electrical job coming up and will be using their Electrical arm to complete the work. Hilton obviously care for their reputation and have been professionals every step of the way.

Our water heater started leaking. Michael from Hilton Plumbing came and assessed the issue. Unfortunately, it was irreparable and needed a replacement. He returned the next day and replaced it. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything clearly. The booking process was easy and price was reasonable. We're very happy with the new heater. Great service!

They attended and told my son, who is 19 and has no idea about plumbing or any costs, the works would be $430 and started. They did not inform me direct, despite making it clear that I did not live there. It was not made clear at any time that a price would be given upfront. I assumed that the price would be dependent on hours spent and materials used. Clearly not the case, they rang before they did any work and gave the price above.
They were there for less than an hour and replaced a $30 valve. I asked for a breakdown of the invoice and they refused to give one.

As with the last 2 reviews. They quote you from $250 for blockages and when the plumber arrives it's minimum $650 as it will need to be hydro blasted. Definitely go elsewhere as they are dishonest about pricing, relying on you to just accept it as you are desperate.

Hilton Plumbing (David) visited our house to assist with a slow draining kitchen sink. He advised what the likely problem was and was able to solve it quickly and relatively easily, and was clear with costs. The company more generally are very good to deal with- great communication, and they’ve fixed issues on a number of occasions for us.
Hilton Plumbing team including Michael, Bailey and their manager was professional, responsive and skillful. The admin was also very helpful. I was happy to work with them for my bathrooms renovation and will call them again.
Even though there were a few hiccups along the way, however they did not leave me stranded or run, instead they apologies and fix everything properly until I was satisfied. I was very happy with the result at the end and I would be going back to them again if there are future works.
Hilton plumbing were a pleasure to deal with and was very thorough with letting us know our options with shower refitting and helped us eliminate our drains from a leakage problem. Would be glad to use them again for future issues.
Paul was the plumber who arrived to fix my toilet blockage. He was meticulous in assessing the possible causes first and then carried out the unblocking quickly and efficiently. He was extremely polite and friendly, kept me informed as to which methods he intended to use and gave advice on my septic tank. I would be happy to call on this company again.

I used Hilton to service a Rheem Stellar hot water service and the experience was perfect. Quick response to my query on their website and the work was completed that day.
Contacted Hilton on Sunday afternoon and secured a free call out visit for the following day. Plumber confirmed the 10 year Rheem unit will need replacing.
