Shane was punctual, polite and extremely well priced. He also to the time to point out that a previous tyre shop had changed 2 of my lugnuts to a larger size 21mm from 19mm, something that could have left me stuck on the side of the road. 100% will use Shane again
I received service from Frank. He came despite the bad, rainy weather and worked hard in the rain. He processed everything quickly, allowing me to save both time and money. I was touched by his kindness and willingness to explain things in detail, unlike the people at other shops who just try to do a quick job and leave. Follow-up · Shane fitted 4 tyres to my caravan it only took about 1 hour. The tyres were a load rating tyres which I asked for they were a lot cheaper than other yer places Good value. Amazing service!! I had a screw in my tyre and wasn't able to take it to a tyre shop. I put in an enquiry with Jim’s Mobile Tyres and I got a call a few minutes later. When Lijo arrived (after letting me know when he’d get here) it took him 12 minutes altogether to fix my tyre!! Very quick service and very good I’d highly recommend! Show reply
Chad's service was second to none! I called at midday on a cold and rainy Saturday, and before 2, my car was back on the road. Chad picked up a tyre to fit my car, came and put it on the rim and did a wheel balance, and I was sorted. The whole time he kept me update with how far away he was. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Jim's advertises 24/7 roadside assistance. I made a call at 6pm on a friday night, got a response from a service man over 60hrs later at 9am the following monday. Useless service and false advertising. Typical of the Jim's business model.
Follow-up · No fees charged. Was told I would get a call back in 30-45mins ended up being 48hrs No service provided as they gave false advertising and wouldn't trust their work
I did consider Jim's mobile tires but they quoted $120 for a puncture repair and a $90 fee if it couldn't be repaired. Bob Janes quoted $55. In the end my tire couldn't be repaired so I'm glad I went to Bob Jane instead as they were able to replace the tire on the spot without charging me for the puncture repair. Show details
The worst service I ever experienced.Try to cancel the service since they told me going to be 2 hours away. Call them back 15 minutes from initial call to cancel it , they said can’t cancel. Have to pay for cancellation fee.
