recommended. Threw in a little Lenovo smart screen gadget, which is handy and my son already figured out how to tell it to play his favorite tv shows so he's happy too. Dealt with Aaron, extremely helpful and easy to deal with.

rim put a black cloth behind the rim and set it up on blocks to show me how it would look right next to my own car outside. Nothing was too much for him and he helped us so much that the decision was easy for us to get exactly what we wanted and needed.

My email sent 5/9 to head office was ignored I got no reply. Ank at the Welshpool store was helpful and after a couple of interaction I requested my deposit be refunded, to his credit this was actioned the same day which I did appreciate.
Why both the wheel and tyre option I originally selected is still being displayed on their site is hard to understand as they are clearly not being supplied so buyer beware.

A year ago, I replaced two Minerva tires at this shop. Recently, one of my tires went flat, so I replaced it with the spare. of the shop's employees, and he came out to look at the worn tire. I asked him what happened. His tone was very rude and aggressive, like a gangster. He said, "You didn't do dynamic tire balancing." I said, "You should have done dynamic balancing for me when you replaced the tire. If you didn't, you should at least have reminded me so I could go to another repair shop. But you didn't remind me at all, and it wasn't on the invoice." Before I could finish, this menacing employee said, "Dynamic balancing costs over 100 dollars and it wasn't on your invoice." I thought, "It's not like I can't afford it. How am I supposed to know I need it if you didn't say so?" He said, "It's been over a year. Who knows what happened back then? Maybe after six months, your car's frame and suspension developed problems, causing the tire wear." He rudely questioned me about which auto repair shop I had my car serviced at, and that they should have done dynamic balancing. He kept going on and on, rudely questioning me, and it looked like he was about to hit me. I felt like I couldn't breathe. I got in my car left asap. This is a terrifying and chilling life experience. On my way out, I was thinking that the Minerva tires themselves might be of acceptable quality. However, the service from the sales staff was terrible!! They were just tire sellers; their technical skills were completely unprofessional, and their service was indescribably bad.
Ozzy is not Aussie because Aussie are friendly, politely,kindly treat others and things. Maybe I was misleaded.
I had my two front tyres replaced in shop located in Mitchell on SEP 16th. I asked mechanic to check if there is any suspension issues on my car, which may led to the front two tyres severely worn. They told me everything is good, nothing is wrong after carefully check. Finally, they replaced two tyres and made wheel alignment for my car. That was perfectly professional.

After placing an order for wheels and tyres I was advised that these would not fit. Hilly was on to it and made recommendations for other styles. I ended up choosing the pro drag wheels which I was not aware came in 17x8. Hilly looked after the entire process and advised the where being picked and arrived 3 days later. The team here were great - called me on the day the tyres and rims arrived and fit them the same afternoon. Will definitely be back here when the tyres need to be replaced again - and possibly for other things as well.

Look elsewhere – Beware of these guys. They recommend wheels to me that are not legal $3800 loss. Got ticket for 16mm to high. Asked store to sort it out. Response was not our problem. Check with other tyre companies before wasting your money here

Follow-up · The wheels are still great but the purchase was supposed to come with a free dashcam. They were out of stock at the time of purchase so said they would follow up in the coming weeks. Still no contact.

Got a new set to go with our Sealion Seal, guys on chat were helpful in assisting with which ones to get. Ended up getting one of the new sets on clearance ata bargain price.

We never received any communication from them after our order was placed that they were NOT in stock, and we were never told they were backordered until we enquired where they were. to be told there was an ordering error and it would be another 6 weeks. We have tried to cancel the order as we have been forced to buy new tyres for our old wheels in the meantime due to the delay, which now defeats the purpose of getting the new rims. They refuse to cancel the order despite our legal right to do so based on Aust. Consumer Law. The latest is they are 2 weeks away from their warehouse so now a further delay because of shipping from a warehouse.
We have called the Perth shop and they can't help, they promised to get someone to call but that never happened either.
We have called the 1300 number listed on the website and their emails multiple times, only to be told they cant help, they are not head office and they claim head office can only be contacted by email. We pointed out to this person that the company website lists that phone number and that address as head office he claimed he knew nothing about that.
Every email we get says call the 1300 number so we call and again it just goes around in circles. Nobody knows anything.
The unsigned email sender refuses to call us. They refuse to provide a head office address for the service of legal documents.
Everything might be good when the sale goes well, but, the real measure of an organisation is how they deal with things when it does not go well, and this organisation has failed completely.

fit. I took a day off work for this so I did whatever it took to get the wheels fitted. Admittedly they did give me a $50 fuel voucher. I would've not resorted to leaving a negative review but they completely botched my wheel alignment. Again I have aftermarket suspension from G.O.A.T offroad fitted to my Ranger Raptor with HD Clevis steering upgrade (beefier adjustable tierods) which I asked numerous times if they're comfortable working with for wheel alignment. I'd rather they don't do the alignment if not. In any event they did a poor job of alignment, undid heim joints that were completely unnecessary and put them back together in the wrong orientation along with not tightning the rose joint bolts which induced binding in my suspension and a terrible suspension rattle. I took my ranger to Guest4WD who fixed this mess but it cost me $685 unnecessarily. Ive been calling Ozzytyres and they can't be bothered returning my calls. Avoid this mob at all costs.
Just terrible the way they pretend to ask questions in messenger when it's only a bott...I told then to get lost and the reply was nice choice so you want tyres with those wheels... bloody idiots

Follow-up · they're 100% tops love them they look so good cleaning is so easy feel good driving and thought the tyres would be noise but they arnt at all even at 100kms they're are quite and smooth
