To be honest when I first saw this site I thought it was a scam. However I read the thousands of positive reviews and decided to give it a go. Kane replaced all four tyres on my car. Did it really fast with nil issues. Also mobile tyre shop was better priced than the big chains. I Definitely recommend.

Matthew on the chat was extremely helpful first thing in the morning, then later in the afternoon, James arrived with the exact tyres we needed & provided a really efficient service. They know their stuff. This all happened in one day, after our tyre shredded on the way home the night before, so we were super pleased. We will definitely recommend them to all our friends & family.

the correct tyre size and I called to confirm the order and the size. Customers are warned they may be charged an additional fee if they provide the wrong tyre size, yet this mistake was made by the company. Had the situation been reversed, I’m sure I would have been charged for the error. Greater care should be taken when confirming and loading customers’ orders. Thank you to Cade for doing an amazing job despite the situation.

extremely disappointing, especially as the issue occurred after they had replaced the tyre. I expected better workmanship and customer service. If you use this company to replace your tyres, I strongly recommend checking your rims and tyres carefully immediately after the work is completed and documenting any existing condition beforehand. Based on my experience, I found the workmanship and handling of the issue very unprofessional. I would have appreciated them properly investigating the problem rather than simply putting the blame on the customer.

Michael was fantastic changing the two front tyres on my C63 S AMG Cabriolet today. He even took the extra time to clean some surface rust from the hubs before refitting the wheels, which was massively appreciated.
I’ve used Mobile Tyre Shop several times now, including for my Range Rover Sport and the rear tyres on my C63 S, and the service has consistently been fantastic. Having everything done professionally at home from their fully equipped mobile vans makes the whole process incredibly convenient.
Couldn’t be happier, and I’ll continue to use Mobile Tyre Shop for years to come. Highly recommended!
Bought so-called “premium” tyres and had them fitted on Friday 16/05/2026. On Saturday 17/05/2026 — less than 24 hours after the service — I drove the car for the first time and immediately received a warning on the dashboard regarding the front left tyre. had one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The only solution offered was an appointment for Tuesday, meaning I would be without my car for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday — despite heavily depending on it for daily activities. No assistance, guidance, or consideration was provided regarding transport alternatives, parking, or Uber costs caused by this issue.
What was particularly disappointing was that your representative was very quick to explain that I would need to pay a $160 call-out fee if the inspection concluded the issue was not your fault. However, when I asked the very reasonable question:
“If the inspection concludes the tyres were faulty or incorrectly fitted, will you reimburse me for the costs and inconvenience caused by not having access to my car for three days?”
…the only response I received repeatedly was: “we will proceed accordingly.”
That is not a clear answer, nor acceptable customer service.
I also requested a ticket/reference number for the call due to how concerning the interaction was, and instead I was simply given a phone number. The lack of professionalism and accountability throughout the process was genuinely shocking.
When someone finally attended on Tuesday, they confirmed the tyre was flat and concluded that the valve cap was leaking air. The technician then stated: “we don’t touch the cap,” which I found extremely confusing considering tyre inflation obviously involves interaction with the valve.
Overall, this entire experience has been exhausting and deeply disappointing:
* Fault detected less than 24 hours after fitting * No urgency shown to rectify the issue * Extremely poor customer service * No practical support offered despite the inconvenience caused * Loss of confidence in both the workmanship and the “premium” tyres provided
At this point, I genuinely feel uneasy driving the car and have very little confidence in the service your company provided.
