Absolutely love this vaccum cleaner, great on carpet tiles in bedrooms, timber floors and tiles. Light and easy on arthritic hands/wrists and being a cronic asthmatic the self empty is a major plus. Show details ·  1

I found the vacuum to be giid as expected although it was heavier than what was information I had to hand. I would have been nice to know that all the filters were in place and the bag was also in place. Show details ·  1

D#mn good vac after a few lemons. Much better than a dyson, really long battery life. Love how its so easy to use, take apart & add accessories to, clean filters and store on a good sturdy self emtpying stand. I’ve sent it back. Poor suction poor battery life and the handle is way too short. I’m only 167 cm and it’s I’m bending over to vacuum. Also, this is about the fourth time you’ve asked me to reviewed it every time, but you keep asking. Customer service was very good. I’m just waiting on a refund at the moment. Show details

I'm very disappointed. Only really works on high setting and in 15 min you need a full recharge which can take 6-7 hours! Nowhere near as good as my Dyson in picking up dog hair either. sturdier in design and the battery lasts longer. The dust suction out of the machine is also a bit questionable when you have to open it manually to shift the dirt around before it sucks it all out completely. All in all not a good buy for the expensive price it is...pity.

This vac is amazing. It is super light to move around & the suction is the best of any past vacuums that I owned. I love the way that I just place it back into the charger & it empties itself. It is extremely lightweight and very easy to get into all the hard to reach places. It really does empty itself when placed back on to charge. Best vacuum cleaner on the market. I can't leave a video message at the moment as I have lost my voice but I can clean the house in no time at all thanks to my new vacuum cleaner. Very good picking up dirt on all floor areas. Only one issue I had was the self empty I didnt realise you had to press the manual button again once vacuum was put back on charger to release dirt. Also sometimes it took a few goes to get the item back on charger correctly, will get the hang of it I am sure with more use. Bit heavier than I was expecting. Show details ·  1

My original Krapof stick vacuum is still functioning after 3 years and has been an excellent product this new auto clean self emptying is a big step up on my original very happy, the only criticism is that it is noisy when self emptying. Show details ·  1

It IS very light..is cleaning very well. Cleaning is a bonus, but would like to have had some extra bags. The small one within the cleaner will not suffice for very long. So regular cleaning out of the bag, will still be needed. Lights not showing much. Then again the vacuuming is done during daylight hours.But overall seems quite good. Show details ·  4

This Power Vac took me by surprise, ease of assembly but when I first tried it I was astounded! I've never in my life used a vacuum that is so light and easy also strong in suction and the places it can get under makes a big difference to the time you use it, and when the auto empty activated just triggered a big smile of satisfaction that I had made the right choice, so thank you KRAPOF. Love Love LOVE my new self empty slim vacuum. Only one issue is that the length of the adjustable stick part could be longer. I am 5ft1in and it is perfect for me but my husband who is taller says it is too short so now he can't vacuum for me! Love the battery capacity display so I know when to recharge. Show details ·  1

We love the vacuum, light and easy to use. Easy to empty, just connect to base station and hit start. Emptying the vacuum into the base is the loudest it gets. Wish there was somewhere to store the accessories, but that is a minor thing. Show details ·  1
