Kleva Krapof Super Slim Power Vac

Purchased vacuum early 2025 started off good had plenty of suction then wheels fell off suction head, this was replaced under warranty but then had problem with extension tube locks failing and now wheel has started falling off the second suction head again, plus it appears that you cannot buy replacement filters for it now on their site. The first time I used it was great, picking up much more than my old stick vac. The suction is amazing. Negatives: 1. resort to a video to help, although it still took some effort before I was able to remove it. 3. I had even more trouble reattaching the dustbin. The relevant video didn't help at all! It requires some considerable force to attach it, nothing like what was shown in the video. 4. The user manual is totally inadequate. Trying to understand the instructions for removing/attaching the dustbin was impossible, with images referred to as Image 1 etc., but the actual images aren't labelled and the photos are way too small to be of any help. My old stick vac, although having poor suction, was very easy to disassemble and reassemble, both of which are essential for being able (and happy) to use it!

I purchased the Kleva krapof cleaner and am very impressed with it. Its very light weight and the self cleaning is magic It certainly does the job that I wa t it to . The only downer is that it is very expensive. Show details ·  1

I am very happy with my vacuum stick It is so easy to use. The suction is great. The only thing I am not happy with is to empty the barrel it requires you to open and take everything out. Then it is so hard to make sure it is perfectly put together so it can come off next time. I had a bad problem as I put it on crooked and I couldn’t open it up. Eventually I got it opened again. So light does what it says it does. Vacuumed after using my ball Dyson ,,that I thought was pretty good, and the amount of stuff that the Krapof picked up was a shock. Luv the product makes vacuuming a more pleasant task now . . Show details ·  1

i think the Karpoff power vac is terrific does all they say it will do but as a reminder make sure the main filter and fine mesh holder is washed as well after ea use as it is collecting a lot of fine dust from a clean floor Amazing indeed PS take advantage of the bulk pack but of new filters at purchase time and that will keep things sucking along thanks Dennis Show details ·  1

Very difficult to get the cannister off to empty. I have to wait until someone with big strong hands comes around to empty it. Totally not user friendly. Also makes my shoulder ach whilst using it. Seems to be top heavy. Not suitable for older peaple. Had a Dyson previously and wish I had bought another. Very dissapointed. Show details

Be wary. If you don't want it and need to send it back be very wary of the high costs in returning a product. I returned a Krapov vacuum from Perth and it cost me over $100 via Auspost. Show details

Took a little time to get the instructions correct as instructions are very small print and hard to read for the elderly. Thankfully, I managed to get thru it with a little help. The product itself is working as described. and I am very happy with results. Show details ·  1

I’m having trouble to disconnect the telescopic tube from the hand held section. I’ve pushed the release button to release but it is not releasing. What am I doing wrong? Love the machine but this is a bugbear as I want to add the curtain brush Show details ·  1

Arrived promptly and assembled easily until the screws needed for the stand assembly did not fit attachment. Too big and not able to be used. Very flimsy vertical support for vacuum. Also found it very difficult and fiddly to detach the dustbin for cleaning. Very use to using another brand?! Actual vacuum does a good job and 2nd battery a godsend. Show reply

Super Slim Power Vac is a product that lives up to it's claims ; lightweight, powerful with variable speeds and LED lights really make for excellent results. Second Battery makes for extended cleaning time as well. Needed some aftersales assistance and Millie and the Kleva Range team were a pleasure to deal with... Brilliant product. Purchased this as a quick vacuum, for when the crawling granddaughter comes around and I need to clean up GS/malamute fur from the mats. Works fantastic, saves lugging the bigger vacuum out. Show details ·  1

It vacuums without a problem. But I found it too heavy, I certainly would never do cobwebs etc up high. That may have been okay but cleaning out the dirt chamber was quite difficult. The dirt goes beyond the canister at the bottom that has the 'quick open' base every use and into the filter area, so the whole canister must come off to be emptied… Read more

and cleaned. It was difficult and awkward to do this. I also didn't like that the battery must be removed before charging, a total pain. The standard was also very flimsy. I returned it (within 30 days), cost me $30 postage but I did receive a full refund.

I do like the vac the only thing I really don’t like is cleaning it it’s quite hard to pull apart and put together again. My elderly mum was wanting one also but alas she would not cope with this design. Show details

thank goodness… Anyways, the new vacuum I just received is absolutely awesome exactly like the ad on The Morning Show (channel 7) describes it… I love it. It is so good as this will be the third stand-up right back in my Bought and this is the best one yet. Having problems with my back makes it so much easier so thank you so much. I love it.
