I received excellent service from the team at Kooya. Shout out to Kiara who handled my contract. She answered all queries with informative answers and went above and beyond on solving problems and making the experience as smooth as possible.

After almost 10 weeks of waiting for a quote from another leasing company, I reached out to Kiara who responded to my request that same day. Her service has been comprehensive and timely. Did not manage customer contract document properly. Hidden fee exists when transferring employer. Even though Kooya requires a commission fee for transferring employers, they sent a new contract document with the increased cost, if you sign on the document without doubts, you will pay much higher money.
