Terrible Customer Service – The bag was good at first, zips completely damaged and unusable with the first year. Tried multiple times to contact for a return, very slow and poor responses. I was taken aback to learn that I am being asked to post the bag so repairs can be done. SO not only does this leave me out of pocket, but it also means that I will be without a bag for a period due to the anticipated slow response time. I regret to say that based on this experience, I cannot recommend Mother and Baby Bags to others. As a consumer, I place great importance on the quality of products and the service experience, and unfortunately, my experience with your brand has fallen short of my expectations.
The most beautiful yet functional baby bag – I cannot rave anymore highly about how beautiful this bag is while being super functional. bagless with no refund. Communication was good for a while until it wasn’t, I was told the bag was too old to return (any other mum out there would agree a nappy bag should last the first year of their child’s life at least, especially when paying in excess of $150 for it) not a mere 5 months.
