them asking to either cancel my order so I could place it again correctly or modify the order and send an invoice so I could pay the difference for the 2 x additional units. I called them the following morning as I had not received a response and there was no answer to the phone number listed on their website. I received an email from them at 5:38pm that afternoon advising that they would check whether this was possible as the order was still processing. I didn’t receive another email after this so followed up the following day asking for an update and never received a response from their team. I tried their number again and still could not get through.
When I received my order 2.5 weeks later, I opened to find the seal on the tub was not secure and the contents had scattered over the outside of the tub and inside the delivery packaging. I emailed them immediately upon receiving the order with photos to show the state of the product they sent me and they again ignored my email! The packing said not to use the product if the seal is broken or damaged and so I had thrown the product in the bin after taking the photos to send to them, assuming they would respond to the email to rectify the issue in a timely manner. I actually forgot about it and emailed them when I came across the pictures in my camera roll 2 months later and followed up on that email and received an email 1.5 hours later saying they didn’t see my last email and to send pictures of the product…. This shows that they do have capacity to respond to emails when it suits them and ignore any correspondence they don’t want to deal with. After emailing back and forth, they had the audacity to send me an email saying “We confirm that all our items come with sealed and perfect packaging.” and they best they could offer an 8% refund. Laughable!
I told them I will be posting this negative review within a week if they don’t immediately rectify the issue and offer a full refund. At this point it is more about the principal than the funds. I gave them much more than 1 week and still nothing from naturemart. Absolutely laughable customer service and business operations.
TLDR; company will refuse to be accountable for faulty products and ignore you if you try to contact them for rectification. DO NOT ORDER FROM NATUREMART.

I’ve ordered from Naturemart twice in the last six weeks and both times have been positive. They seem to take 7-10 days to dispatch my order, but once this happens, delivery is quick and accurate. Will use again based on my experience.
Paid premium delivery for the fastest delivery option which was recommended by Naturemart and my order wasn’t delivered until the 4th business day and yet I live no more than 15km away. I have been using the kerastase nutritive masque for years and decided I’d buy the salon size from naturemart - and I can confirm that this product is either fake or has gone bad. The texture is more like a runny jelly rather than a sticky cream-like consistency, and the smell is just garish. Great experienced first time I've ordered. Good communication and the Stevia 100% Pure Extract Powder 100g is of high quality and taste good.
