Nutrition Warehouse online store is horrible. Was sent X50 Peach Green Tea which were crunchy in packet and sour in taste which they assessed remotely as “fine product”. My International Protein powder arrived in same box with a blown seal, and a damaged lid, protein powder had blown out through the opening and all over tub.

I find the pricing reasonable in line with most other nutrition stores but what means more to me is the level of customer service and knowledge the in store staff have. I have already advised a lot of people to use nutrition wherehouse to obtain their supplements, and they do!!!! Show 2 replies
Follow-up · Still my only go to store for supplements. Staff are always helpful and have the knowledge to back it up. I was impressed from the first day and that hasn’t changed.

While I do appreciate that company still has some physical stores….. The email advertising is bordering harassment! Sending same emails repeatedly and even multiple emails per day. And only option is to unsubscribe since every preference on offer is not about frequency of communication. They will bombard your inbox regardless.

Website was good to navigate, bought about $300 worth of supps over 2 weeks ago and have not heard a single thing regarding the order. No postage information or due delivery date, all i have recieved is that my order has been fullfilled. I have tried to get in contact with someone who can help with no result, i am hopeful my items rock up and that i haven’t been scammed but its anyones guess. I will not be using Nutrition Xpress again.

The staff helped me to understand the ingredients in the products as I didn’t know much about them. He guided me through the products to help me find a few that I was happy with. I very much enjoy going to nutrition warehouse out at Domain Central Townsville. The staff there always make you feel welcome and willing to help you. It's not even the closest supplement store to me but I make the drive. I only shop somewhere else if they do not have a specific product available. And even then, they help me identify where I can buy from even if it's a competitor. Just great service, hands down. Show reply

Went there for whey protein. I have no idea of any supplements but the bloke who was there today 17/08/26 was very helpful also recommended the type of protein I need to have depending on my goal. So he assisted and directed me to the product. He also helped with flavours from own experience so it saved me from wasting my money from making a bad choice of flavour. Show reply
