I had no evidence to prove the meat was semi thawed when delivered and insisted I would not be compensated despite me having to bin over $200 worth of meat as it was not fit for human consumption. When I pointed out (in my 3rd email), their website states "100% customer satisfaction guarantee", the company's response was 'Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means that genuine product and service concerns will be reviewed and addressed appropriately.' Apparently their idea of 'reviewing and appropriately addressing concerns' is to send a patronising email thanking the customer for bringing the issues to their attention.....but refusing to issue a refund. Not sure how many unhappy customers would be placated with the idea that their feedback has been reviewed, but when I'm left hundreds of dollars out of pocket for inedible meat delivery, the only appropriate method of addressing this to my satisfaction is through a refund. Appalling experience from start to finish.

Received my first order last week we have used the mince for nachos and spaghetti bolognaise and cooked the rump steak tonight and let me say the steak was the best steak I have ever cooked myself we all wanted more of it thank you for such great quality meat will definitely buying another box . We have found Our Cow meat great quality, tastes amazing and is packaged beautifully. And the Our Cow team have been wonderful to communicate with when I’ve incorrectly picked my deliver date or items ect and a quick email and they have responded so quickly and fixed it same day. boxes arrived on the selected delivery day, allowing me to ensure I was home for the delivery. Everything comes pre-frozen, which I hadn't really thought about much until I realised that all the best-before dates were for the time it can be frozen. That extra small feature will make sorting out the meat in the freezer so much easier. The produce is great - I recently compared the burger patties from Our Cow to some that I got from another supplier, and the difference is drastic. The amount of fat that came from the "other" supplier was a lot. Our Cow patties are lean and tasty without leaving a bowl of fat in the frying pan. The family loved them.
The meat is absolutely fantastic and the price reflects this also. But I am scared tonight as we are having the tomahawk steaks, they look so good but are so big. Show reply
I have had two boxes so far, what I have ordered I haven't had any complaints, especially since my son has a very high expectation for his meat. I enjoy the experience so far and the notifcations for delivery are excellent. I used the pork mince to make enchiladas see pic. Show reply

We have been so happy with our cow boxes, just got our third one delivered today, the meat taste so much better then getting it from the supermarket. I cannot support this business enough and suggest more people get behind it, stop sending your money to the greedy business people and look after the real people who support this country! Show reply

Follow-up · We have had silverside, Steaks, Mince, chicken breast schnitzel, Sausages. this is the best tasting meat we have eaten in a long time, we used to buy from Woollies and Coles, Never again after Our Cow supplied us with fresh unadulterated farm meat.

Follow-up · Outstanding customer service… very responsive… Some quality issues with packing of chicken, now resolved. Regularly purchased the eye fillet, lamb, port, lasagna and the beef pies - all very very good. Really love supporting directly nd receiving directly.
I would give 5 stars but, even though I had specific instructions on where to leave our parcels, the courier didn’t follow them, which is problematic for me due to health issues. Obviously not Our Cow’s fault but hopefully they have done something about it as I reported it immediately. Show reply

My first time ordering and was happy off course it expensive, but it is worth it. you're getting betted quality meat thats not pumped with water, and all other additives.Fair enough the meat might get delivered frozen it was still packed fresh at the time. and not big corporations supermarkets .I didn't have a river when cooking mince like from the supermarket, and the quality and texture tasted better. It can be expensive to some people living on there own but living with family is cheaper when dividing the cost. I will definitely be ordering again
received my very first box as a single mum to 10 its great to know ill always have a freezer full and I love that it comes already portioned/frozen the only this I would suggest is to pack the mince more flat so it stacks easier in the freezer and also defrosts faster otherwise great value for money and very tasty can't wait to get my next order. T bone steaks were tough with a big section of fat rind taking up a lot of weight. They come in packs of two. One steak was very large. The other steak was tiny with absolutely no fillet on it at all. Sirloin steaks were also full of gristle.

Delivery was yesterday 08.06 26. Received meat that went out of date 06.06.26. Also x4 of the chicken packs had slits in the packaging, so let air in and no longer vaccum sealed. Surely the quality will be affected from that. Have sent photos as requested and then radio silence from the business. Sent follow up email, ignored. Ill be cancelling. Not worth it

fact I had already lost my steak promotion from Our Cow themselves so how can I loose it again. Disappointment with the lack of communication regarding promotion ending. Yes I understand things can change but if you have pop ups for other things when placing order why couldn’t they have a pop up advising changes to the promotion. Also dissatisfied with placing my order as required 3 days before, budgeting on that then having prices increase 3 days later when I get order receipt.

pause and order for one month. Updates are supplied on your delivery day. I also love the idea we know who is supplying the meat from different farmers. Supporting our local states rather than the supermarkets is also a winner for me. Will never purchase from the supermarkets again.
Our Cow has been exceptional the food quality is fantastic, and the customer service is just as good. They never miss a delivery and always show up exactly when they say they will. They are difficult to deal with when you have a complaint, and I have had to complain a number of times and I've only had 5 deliveries. I've had missing items and in my second last box I had disgusting prawns, and I'm still waiting to hear back from them what they were doing about it.
