T bone steaks were tough with a big section of fat rind taking up a lot of weight. They come in packs of two. One steak was very large. The other steak was tiny with absolutely no fillet on it at all. Sirloin steaks were also full of gristle.

chef changed. Now the red sauce pastas taste like sugary sweet, with no depth to the sauces. And the pasta for the lasagne and tortellini is a mix of uncooked dry hard bits, and then some cooked bits. The pastas were my favourite dinners.

I still buy lite n easy and it still gets the job done in terms of getting my weight under control which is fantastic. Not sure if its a budget thing but the list of yummy stuff has been narrowed.

No.issue with foodz, however since not receiving orders they cannot remove me from the sms notification list so i get spam every week. Took three attempts and no action as promised..action received after writing this review. Resolved.

previous recipe was great where I had one of these cookies everyday, however, now they contain more sugar, carbs and less protein. Since this update, I have stopped purchasing these which are less nutritionally beneficial and unhealthy where I hope the old recipe is again made available at some point. I am missing these!

about the balance being on its way twice, then a few months later I called again to ask where the balance of my order was and they tried to charge me another delivery fee again! The audacity is real. The customer service team are hopeless rude and arrogant. When I complained to the “executive customer service excellence” rep she too narrowed it down by justifying their actions and just trying to help line! No wonder the team are the way they are! Do not waste your money here go to a reputable business and save yourself a lot of pain.

you hear their van outside but just say “they attempted delivery”, tracking is never correct/updated so you never know what is happening & basically have to just stay home for days on end because they will turn up when u least expect it. Not the 1st appalling delivery with them so they used Aus Post for me (never an issue) but they seem to have gone back to using Aramex.

I don't have time to read spam emails as it comes into my business email. I received a text last night that my subscription meal was on its way. I was immediately shocked that it had turned into some kind of subscription without my knowledge, so cancelled straight away. I now have a whole of meals on my doorstop I don't want and they have deducted $320 out of my account. SNEAKY AND FRAUDULENT.
