They had friendly attitudes to say yes to every problem came up during the process. I am exceptionally happy and recommend OMM for loans. They are insanely amazing people. I am a school teacher and I mean every single word of my review without exaggeration. Fast tracked and approved over the phone.

I messaged OMM through email and called OMM number 3 or 4 times to request for statements for my loans, been waiting for very long and noone answered my call. Then there was Zac messaged me and accommodated my request efficiently. He is friendly, attentive, accommodating, fast and overall service is impressive. His work ethics is commendable and I hope he will progress on his career and his endeavour. Thanks Zac!

was already approved. I subsequently agreed to proceed and was asked to provide a number of documents. Day after day they asked for documents that were not initially required. Did everything they asked for and them every day new email asking about ubrelatable questions. Multiple emails sent, multiple follow ups made, multiple text messages sent asking for information and have received zero response after 3 days. Meanwhile, in the early stages I was called multiple times on a public holiday asking for information. I have also tried calling..... 90+ minutes on hold with no answer. Let’s say one month and still my way on loan not settled. I was also informed no credit was done however they have actually dont it multiple times. I would steer clear from this organisation.

as an initial new customer - wait times on phone are hideous, application times are even worse - unfortunately, the process was under way and I had to go with their service - now as a customer, the wait times are even worse - considering their crappy opening hours, staggering they make you wait so long - clearly running a string line customer service team on an even smaller budget

Despite settlement issues with the dealership (their error), everyone I spoke to at OurMoneyMarket were friendly, helpful and efficient. Unlike big banks, you actually get to speak to someone on the phone for all steps of the process. Zac (he is a real person, to my surprise), helped me alot in resolving the dealership issue.

so I was unable to see any loan progress which made me feel like it was in limbo and getting worried but as soon as I called and I got portal access, I could see the all status’s of my application, once I saw it was settled I had the funds within the hour. There was no unexpected costs, I was initially quoted a lower rate online but it was explained that was for only new cars not used. I communicated with Jake, a woman and Zac was via text.
