the interest. The interest rates have been the best offered to me out of every other loan company. I have previously been applying for a new loan after I had my car written off by another drive cutting an intersection and Ananya in the settlement team has been so helpful with some last min changes in wanted to make letting me know what was possible and what wasn't, I even had the phone call drop out and Ananya called me straight back to continue the conversation. It can be a little bit of a wait to get through but once on the phone the team at our money market will look after you. 10 stars service and great communication.

I can't speak more highly as to their professionalism and promptness. I engaged OMM at the eleventh hour regarding vehicle finance after feeling the dealership were not forthcoming with hidden fees etc. That was not the case here. Straight forward, upfront and answered all my questions. Acted very quickly on processing documents and the whole ordeal was very easy. My consultant was Anisul. Definitely recommended.

Gave me a reasonable rate when refinancing my car loan. Was able to do everything email. Only thing is limited support hours which are Adelaide-based. Otherwise quite responsive and can get support through SMS which I found more convenient than being on the phone.

Zac was prompt in resolving my query over sms. Zac pinged me back since I was on long hold over call and couldn't get in touch with any representative. However due to Zac sms me back, I could get my query resolved seamlessly and very very quickly.

Waste of time. Operating OMM Our money Market. Calls afterhours and guy over the phone asking weird questions with attitude then says we will confirm by tomorrow morning and sends email in 15min saying not approved! Didn't consider all data or information that was given previously. Don't waste your time here as they are not transparent or not accurate.
Like other people said, why are u asking people for bank credential like a scam page? I am not trusting you and asking for a bunch of personal info for quote is crazy.
Impossible to get a hold of. Their hours are 11am-4:00pm. In what world are those hours to contact a business adequate? Especially a bank. And a lender where funds need to move quickly. I need my car as soon as possible, the seller is ready to go, and everything is delayed because OMM won't allow him to submit his details until they call him. … Read more
They haven't called him. We can't call them.
I have my loan pre-approved and just need the contract to sign to transfer the funds over. OMM, no where to be found.
The seller cannot submit their documents due to an online error and it says they will call him. No word.
I eventually got a hold of them. They said their settlement team will contact him but it won’t be today.
That means the settlement team will have taken over 3 days to even get the sellers documentation.
They advertised loans approved within 24-48 hours.
DO NOT GO WITH OMM

The process from initial enquiry to loan approval has been made very easy by the team, particularly Josh. Josh thoroughly answered all my questions and maintained good communication throughout the process. Appreciate the customer service and would recommend Ourmoneymarket to others.

Dealing with Zac was a pleasure. I was on hold and he sent a text message immediately and dealt with my query . I had made an inquiry about a loan quote some time ago which I did not pursue and I just wanted to make sure that it 100% was completely out the system and he dealt with it very professionally and quickly. After having a few problems with communication between OOM and my insurance company I was a little frustrated. I connected with Zac and he sorted everything out for me. I did have problems with OOM responding to emails from insurance company which resulted in another payment rolling around and interest accruing. I can’t be too critical as you guys have been very helpful and your staff excellent.
