These guys make it incredibly hard for people to enable their accounts just so that they can receive the money owed through them. This account is forced on people by ebay, and they essentially hold your money hostage unless they complete st^pid tasks. Not even my banks have ever been this annoying. I provided everything they asked for so I can withdraw MY money, and they still ask for more. They asked for pictures FIVE TIMES over, and it wasn't enough. I gave them pictures with a VERY CLEARLY visible date, and yet they tell me that it's not readable. The entire system is EXTREMELY frustrating and I can't stress that enough. Never have I seen a system designed to frustrate the hell out of their customers. If they're in the business of annoying clients, I'm afraid they're very successful. Not paypal, not Wise, not any bank I've ever dealt with in my life, just this one, payoneer. It's no wonder the only way they're getting any customers is by forcing the "service" down the throat of ebay users. Because otherwise they wouldn't get a d#mn soul.

I received a $715 payment from an online retailer on the 30th of May (17 business days/24 calendar days ago). Now I want to withdraw it. Payoneer show it as not available and have refused to answer my questions. Their helpdesk just say "Wait 15 business days" (done) and "Contact us within 5 days so this helpdesk ticket doesn't close". It's clearly a bot but now I have lost $715. I suspect it is a scam.
