Extremely unorganised and painfully slow. Customer service is poor, I was even hung up on during a call. Despite repeated requests, they still haven’t released the PPSR. Completely unacceptable and very frustrating to deal with.

residual value tax invoice to be addressed to them, with the delivery address set to me.

Pepper stated that they will not do this, despite my new financier saying that they've done it in the past. I'm getting the runaround here after multiple phone calls to try to get it right, and I am not happy. It took a formal complaint for them to give me the paperwork I needed to finalise the loan.

That's before we get into the issue of the vehicle details being incorrect - they had it as an all wheel drive, model year 2022; it should have been a rear wheel drive, model year 2023, per the original dealer invoice.

All up, the service from Pepper was well below what I would expect. They did eventually resolve the issues, but it took significantly more effort on my side than I consider reasonable.

Pleased to get my loan but almost lost the purchase due to process taking a week longer than it needed to as initial contact person kept asking for irrelevant documentation as they didn’t seem to understand that I had already given them more than initially required anyway. of what time of day it was. Credit assessment team were a couple of hours turnaround so very happy with them. Just the week it took to get there. Perhaps more training for first contact / info collecting staff.

Pepper Money have been amazing. Last year after we lost our business, we needed a loan for a holiday. They were so accommodating and very easy to deal with. Extremely lengthy process, didnt explain very well what was required from them or provide examples until the 3rd or 4th time trying to complete something, very stressful with the lack of urgency shown by the company when this are same day requirements

Excellent process to follow . No time wasting especially when there is a lot going . Talking to customer service was great when needed to clarify something and wait time was under 5mins which is very handy and not queue for over 30mins. Show reply

Partner and I paid off her finance through Peoper in 2023, every couple of months they still withdraw $100 randomly from our account. Good luck trying to get them to discuss the isssue with you, all we get is an email saying “someone will contact you soon to discuss”. Joke of a company stay away, thieves.

We made an enquiry to refinance a current loan (with Pepper money) and they valued the vehicle almost 30k less than the current value of the vehicle. It appears the valuation pepper money provided was based on an entirely different car (V6 and not a V8). We do not recommend Pepper Money.
