Compassionate Dr Naz – We had the privilege of Dr Naz doing a late night phone consultation for my 7year old daughter who had just acquired an ear infection tonight. Dr Naz was so helpful and well spoken and clearly understood exactly what my daughter would need to help relieve her ear infection. She was very caring and we are so grateful to have such a great experience.

The first doctor Dr. Moustafa Tahir Ali was not friendly or helpful. The second doctor I was fortunate to speak to helped me right away. Her bedside manner was wonderful and she provided the medication I needed.

Highly recommended. Whole process was fast and easy. I used my pensioner concession card so was bulk billed. You have to phone after 11pm at night to be eligible for this. Show reply

me he was going to send me a prescription for antibiotics. I received my e script not long after I got of the phone. So good result in the end. I rang around 8:20pm & had my script by 10pm. I am happy that prime medic helped me & this was the second time I had used them, & I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks to the Doctor for helping me to get better as local doctors have a two week wait.

No, I was not happy with this telehealth service. I was prescribed Tamiflu for a sinus infection. Luckily I realise that this was incorrect and asked for a phone call to rectify it.

I booked an appointment that included two appointments. I spoke to the lady on the phone for about five minutes in the first appointment and she couldn’t help, the appointment was really unprofessional. However, we are now going on 30 days from the appointment and from the requested refund and from the time that they said that they would refund me and I still haven’t received a sent back. When I call paramedic, I’m answered by the same person who continues to say that it’s with the accounts department is being processed.. I feel like he’s the only person that works there, I’ve also sent five emails and other than the first email. I’m saying that the refund made the $250. I have never received a response to any other email., I’ve asked to speak to management who I’m told would call me back and no one ever calls me back. To this day, I’m still waiting for my money to be returned. I will need to file an NCAT I believe to get the money back in the end. I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is. I would never recommend them in my life. All you have to do is give him a phone call to see what I mean by how unprofessional they are .

requested to speak with a different doctor but was told that, because the consultation had already taken place, this would not be possible. As a result, I advised that I would not be proceeding with my second consultation and requested a refund. The company confirmed that a refund of $250.00 would be issued; however, the lack of communication regarding the return of these funds has been equally disappointing. Had I known the standard of service and communication I would receive, I would never have booked this appointment. The complete lack of respect for patients' time, combined with poor customer service and inadequate follow-up, has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I would give this service 0 stars if I could and would not recommend it to anyone.

Although I waited much longer than the appointment time given, I was updated along the way. The Doctor was great to talk to and helped me more than my regular GP. Prompt script given. I did have to follow up on the whereabouts of my medical certificate, it came thru quickly. Overall definitely a service Id recommend and use again. Show reply

eligible clients. Bulk billing info says ‘consult with an AHPRA registered doctor in u der 20-30 minutes. I call the number required for bulk billing and am told I can have a bulk billed appt after 11pm tonight (it’s around 10.30 am at this stage). Alternative is to pay $43 approx to have an appt within the hour. So basically the advertised Telehealth price is incorrect (this is for a 2 day medical certificate and not for an appt I’m told condescendingly and it’s extra for a prescription) , the wait time for bulk billed is egregiously false as I’m assured by the person I spoke to that they don’t offer bulk billed during regular hours, at all and all they can or will offer is a 12hr + wait and an appointment at a time that will have no pharmacy open for another 8 hours. Nearly 24 hour wait for an issue that can become a medical emergency by then (it’s happened to me before when swelling closed my urethra & infection rapidly ascended). I will reconsider using this service in the future and definitely would only recommend with clear qualifiers for use

The truth is as I've said you called that's not the issue, but soon as I answer you would hang up, 7 times in fact you did this... Just scamming the Medicare system... I used the bulk bill option and was happy that I was seen earlier than expected. I was a little let down though as I wasn’t able to be given a composite pack on my script containing rosuvastatin and ezemetibe in the one pack. I was given seperate scripts which cost more than the composite pack. So that was a little disappointing, but other than that, was happy with the service.
