I made an original order, and they accidentally sent the wrong product. That's ok, it is still something I'll use. When I reordered, they included an extra pack of what I originally ordered. Great service!

Bit disappointing, really – Ordered artificial sweetener here two weeks ago. When I contacted the shop one week into this experience, it was only then claimed that the product isn't consistently kept in stock. Blame for the wait was basically then shifted onto me/AusPost for not using express post. This feels like what it was probably like to mail order something in the 80s.… Read more

There's so many supplement shops out there now, and I just can't recommend this one based on this experience. It's your own responsibility as a business to clearly note and be accountable for your stock levels and the time taken to dispatch the order. Neither Australia Post nor I told you to sit on the order for a week or more. The fact that that was apparently a given for the product was never stated at the time of purchase. As the only party to the transaction who has that information, that's really on you.

Onto the third week since the order was placed now. Crappy service, quite abrupt contact, still no product. Just don't shop there, honestly.

Update: raised review one star as I did receive the product one day after this review (15 days after order). I'm really satisfied with the product, but haven't changed my mind about the fact that customer service needs improving. Specifically, if it takes a week or more to send something out, that should be noted on product listings or in the initial email to customer, and I think manners could be improved when interacting with a customer who finds not doing this to logically be an annoyance.

Threw it in the garbage bin – Waste of money, no instructions, taste like crap, threw it in the bin. Nothing but a scam, cheaper in a health food shop I recon.

Not Sure what this does – The package came before due date awesome! I bought a couple of things and didn't remember what this product was (pre workout) it didn't say that anywhere on the package. Generic tasting and after 3 scoops thinking it was protein powder I can say I didn't feel ready to take on a spartan army I didn't really feel much more focus or energetic. I'm not sure what it does. Great price fast delivery but not sure about dosage for adults.

This company was absolutely amazing. I made a mistake and wrote the wrong adress. They went above and beyond to assure me that the had sent it to the right adress. Which they 100 percent did. I cannot recommend this company enough. Amazing service and arrived before the time stated. Absolutely will be buying more products form them in the future

once this one runs out. The only thing I'd change about the product is having a bigger measuring scoop. But that's not a massive problem if you have other scoops lying around (like I do).

Well priced and fast delivery – I purchased inositol from this seller. The delivery arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised. This is probably one of the better quality inositol is that I have purchased as it is not clumpy and extremely great value for money. Will definitely be buying again.

Good quality Tribulus – High strength 98% saponins Tribulus powder. Not a great taste, hard to mix - just give it a good shake & add some coffee with your protein mix. No great change in libido but added strength at the gym.

L Theanine – Great communication and fast delivery, their site is very user friendly. The L Theanine is high quality, I add it to my protein shake in the morning. It keeps me calm throughout the day. I had to do a bit of Google research to find out a suggested dosage as there's nothing mentioned on the packaging. Start off with a small amount and tweak it from there.
