The removalists significantly damaged the decking timber and stairs on the property we were vacating. Ready Movers are not responding to my claim form, despite repeatedly following up over four weeks. The property settled today and the matter is still not resolved.
Do not recommend! We have moved all over Australia and have never had as much damage to our furniture and walls as we did today. We were charged additional hourly fees for complete incompetence. Our move was less than 6km’s yet took 9hrs to complete - with our assistance (used our drills for furniture & we provided ongoing manual labour) to try get things done more efficiently.
Couldn’t be happier with the team at Ready Movers and the huge help they were with my recent move. It was a big day, and they worked hard from dawn to dark with smiles and laughter the whole way. Massive thanks! Show reply

Friendly helpful admin staff. The two men who turned up to remove my furniture were friendly and listened carefully to my requirements. The job took about 5 hours and needed expert placement in the storage space. Overall the service was excellent! Show reply

Ready Movers, and they absolutely saved the day.
I called at 8:00am and was greeted by a lovely, friendly receptionist who was able to fit me in for an 11:00am pickup. I honestly couldn’t believe it.
Alex and Diego arrived on time and were fantastic. They were friendly, efficient, incredibly polite, and handled everything with care and professionalism. What started as one of the most stressful mornings turned into a smooth and positive experience thanks to their hard work.
I can’t thank the team at Ready Movers enough for stepping in when I needed them most. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. Thank you for turning a very stressful day into a much more manageable one.

I provided to them. It arrived in Armadale with the battery completely dead.
Their response? A copy-paste denial. They listed every possible reason a battery could discharge in transit — inactivity, temperature, electrical draw, "internal faults" — without addressing a single one of them in relation to MY bike. No answer on how long it was in storage. No answer on whether the negative terminal was disconnected (standard industry practice). No accountability whatsoever. Their entire defence was "no visible damage on delivery," as if a dead electrical system doesn't count. They have left the key turned on during transit which has drained the battery completely drained, making the battery dead. I have paid fair amounts of 1800 dollars for the service and this is how disappointing and frustrating it seems.
This is exactly the kind of customer service that gives the removalist industry a bad name. You hand over a working vehicle, you expect a working vehicle back. When something goes wrong, you expect the company to investigate — not to immediately deflect.
I will be pursuing this further through Consumer Protection WA and the Office of Fair Trading. In the meantime, if you value your vehicle and your sanity, choose literally anyone else.

We didn’t have a lot of times to transport but these included a few important family heirlooms so very personally valuable.
