The guys were lovely to deal with. They unpacked the truck very quickly and put our furniture together without any fuss. Everything was in great condition when it arrived, with no damage or lost items. We would highly recommend. Show reply
Good price, and easy to deal with, could improve communication though. Didn’t have any confirmation of boxes delivery, and on moving day, truck wasn’t enough for all my furniture even though I sent a video with all the articles and boxes to move. The truck crew solved the issue and got a great moving experience in the end. Show reply

Friendly helpful admin staff. The two men who turned up to remove my furniture were friendly and listened carefully to my requirements. The job took about 5 hours and needed expert placement in the storage space. Overall the service was excellent! Show reply

They arrived, were professional and organised. They made the most chaotic morning so seamless and they literally packed up my house and got EVERYTHING in the truck whilst making it look effortless.

The crew may record damage/condition comments without properly explaining them to you, which can later be used against you when making a claim. Absolutely unacceptable experience with Ready Movers. We had a 4-bedroom house moved using two trucks, and while both trucks did turn up on time, that is about where the positives end. straightforward. Unfortunately, that turned out to be completely incorrect.
What followed was multiple emails back and forth, delays and a lack of response from Ready Movers. When we finally received a response from their claims department, they simply claimed that the damage had occurred before the move.
This is despite the fact that the photos clearly show the damage at the new residence, including marks on the walls that were caused during the move.
Even more concerning is the checklist we were pressured to sign. The checklist was not properly gone through with us at all, yet it was subsequently edited to place the damage into the pre-move column, effectively making it appear as though the damage was already there.
That is completely unacceptable.
The way the claim was handled was extremely disappointing, and the claims department showed very little willingness to properly investigate or take responsibility for damage that occurred during the move.
I would not recommend Ready Movers to anyone. If something goes wrong during your move, don’t expect the claims process to be easy or reasonable based on our experience.
Moving house is stressful enough without having to fight a company afterwards over damage their own movers identified.

Ready Movers, and they absolutely saved the day.
I called at 8:00am and was greeted by a lovely, friendly receptionist who was able to fit me in for an 11:00am pickup. I honestly couldn’t believe it.
Alex and Diego arrived on time and were fantastic. They were friendly, efficient, incredibly polite, and handled everything with care and professionalism. What started as one of the most stressful mornings turned into a smooth and positive experience thanks to their hard work.
I can’t thank the team at Ready Movers enough for stepping in when I needed them most. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. Thank you for turning a very stressful day into a much more manageable one.

I provided to them. It arrived in Armadale with the battery completely dead.
Their response? A copy-paste denial. They listed every possible reason a battery could discharge in transit — inactivity, temperature, electrical draw, "internal faults" — without addressing a single one of them in relation to MY bike. No answer on how long it was in storage. No answer on whether the negative terminal was disconnected (standard industry practice). No accountability whatsoever. Their entire defence was "no visible damage on delivery," as if a dead electrical system doesn't count. They have left the key turned on during transit which has drained the battery completely drained, making the battery dead. I have paid fair amounts of 1800 dollars for the service and this is how disappointing and frustrating it seems.
This is exactly the kind of customer service that gives the removalist industry a bad name. You hand over a working vehicle, you expect a working vehicle back. When something goes wrong, you expect the company to investigate — not to immediately deflect.
I will be pursuing this further through Consumer Protection WA and the Office of Fair Trading. In the meantime, if you value your vehicle and your sanity, choose literally anyone else.
