All my transfers to my overseas recipients have been received within 20 minutes, even in remote locations. I am very pleased with Remitly. They are reliable and my experience has made me trust them.

It’s good and safe to send money through Remitly but they always offer a low rates showing rates on app is different but when you click on send money it’s reduces the unit price wich is really disappointing

just a bunch of scammers no more no less Sent mney to the phillipines a few times to my finace there after returning to Australia Three times no problem fourth time my account was suspended and as their customer non sewrvice department told me they do not have to give a reason for doing so

Attempted to remit birthday money overseas without success. Remitly requirement to provide bank statement is intrusive. Very difficult to understand its Chat (online and phone) facilities.

Remitly, I have had no issues with. It is fast it is accurate and even though the exchange rate could improve it remains one of the better money transfer agencies

Fast and reliable. I been using Remitly for few years now through the App. Send money in seconds fast and easy. The rates a bit lower compare to other Company but the reliability, fast and secure is a must for me. I would recommend Remitly to anyone interested in transferring money to family and friends in other countries. Their service is reliable, fast and transparent. Their fee charging method is great and very competitive compared to other similar platforms.

Not even worth one star. Remitly advised that my bank declined a transfer. I contacted my bank, they said there was no problem from their end. After blaming the bank a number of times, Remitly advised it was them. How can you trust an organisation that lies to your face????

Cancelled transfers take more than two months and never receive a refund from Emily yet while calling almost every two days, three cancelled transfers still stuck with Remitly

1 Long delays. Money sent but doesn’t reach to the recipient until sender has to chess it up. 2 Poor customer service. 3 uncompetitive rates compared to other remittances.

I have been using this service for over three years and it is so easy to use and always works with no complaints on my part or the other person involved in the transaction. Also, prices so far are reasonable, and i hope they stay that way.

Yesterday I made my 50th overseas transfer with Remitly since May this year. It is an incredibly easy platform to use and the speed the funds arrive at the recipients' bank is incredible - never more than a few minutes, even with a new recipient.

My wife sends money to her family in Thailand. She used to pay an extra $15 In fees and we had to use petrol to go to the city. I have been using remitly to send money to Mauritius to pay my loan for the past 2 years and that helped a lot. Unfortunately, this service is unavailable now. Can remitly please do needful to give access to send money to debit/credit card again.

I am very satisfied with Remilty especially its verification process which keeps me in compliance with the changing requirements for security purposes. Transfers have always been completed within a very short window and my one experience with a delay recently was a compliance issue check and verification, once done, saw the transfer completed within seconds.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I submitted all the required documents and proof regarding the amount and source of the money. I provided my full bank statements, my salary payslips, my wife’s salary payslips, and copies of our passports. I fully cooperated with every request and provided the documents needed to verify the transaction.

Despite providing all this information and documentation, my money was still held for 9–10 days. When money is urgently needed for a family member’s medical treatment, such a delay is completely unacceptable.

I have never experienced such poor service in my life. The communication and handling of my case were extremely disappointing, and I felt that I was not being given clear or reliable information.

For me, everything about this experience deserves 0/10.

I will never use Remitly again. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in the service. People send money because they need it to reach their families when it matters—not to have it held for days after they have already provided all the requested documents.

and not factor in fees is a great plus. When I've very rarely had an issue eg a late delivery, I was able to sort it out with them without drama. The app is unbelievably stable and you can see all the info about your transaction every step of the way. I'm not too thrilled with the recent look of the payment commencement screen. There's too much going on, with options to slide up, slide sideways etc. Wish that could be simplified, nonetheless it doesn't affect anything with the transfer. Overall, great sending experience, can't complain.
