Hi. Called your company around lunch time yesterday and Bill was here around 4:30pm. Introduced himself and got to test our power strength etc. He replaced our old antenna and secured a booster. Went up into manhole and disconnected old equipment. Even found shedded snake skin. Yuk! We now have a perfection reception. Bill explained everything every step of the way. He was so professional and such a joy to deal with. You are very fortunate to have such a beautiful human being on staff. It was dark by the time he left. Jan and Richard.
