Manuel from Sydney came out to touch up a scratch on my boot liner today. He was super friendly, professional and efficient. You can clearly see how much pride he takes in his work. Now the dent is non-existent thanks to his craftsmanship and for $50 is a steal! Will definitely book Manuel again in future!

Excellent car and customer service – Excellent service. From the day our car got the scratch, I was worried about the cost. Glad that we had schmick membership - the repair costed minor charges of 50$. They have excellent car repair services. They even washed my car for no additional cost. My car is looking new again.

With the Camry I experienced a heavy graze on the front lower cowling just a few mm off the ground by hitting a kerb which was parallel to the car when turning into the park. I contacted Schmick through their NEW App and two emails later I provided images of the damage as well as location for repair; and an appointment was arranged. The technician arrived on time and carried out a superb repair. I was impressed with the care taken particularly that this damage was so close to the ground requiring the tech to lay on the ground for the whole procedure. Brilliant completion of what was disappointing damage to my new Camry.

I want to say that I have dealt with numerous problem businesses, particularly parcel delivery companies, but I can say that Schmick fits into the "professional category". Right from the start of vehicle transfer to the final paint job the whole experience was excellent, reliable. courteous and believable. the work there was absolutely no way anyone could ever have told that there was damage. The fee I pay is worth every dollar as my car (A 2023 Subaru Forester) looks as good as it ever did.

They refuse to fix my little dent of 3 cm, absolutely contradictory from what their claim on their advertising and brochure. Very late response (in 5 days) once you submit your job request. What a waste of money, don't fall in their trap. Go somewhere else better and stay away from this kind of scamming.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Schmick. Although Simon was great and did his best, the outcome was underwhelming. I had to wait three months for the appointment, only to be told that they couldn't fix the issue due to the 3-coated paint. firstly in simply buffing out some deep scratches which I thought needed painting, arranging “Dents Away” to come and remove all those niggly shopping trolley dents in the doors and then returning to paint two doors. My car looks like brand new. So happy and impressed with Schmick and glad I spent the money buying this protection.
