payment. Then 15 mins later my account was charged (including postage I never knew the cost of) and I received a confirmation email. I tried to cancel and there is no option to do this on their website. I emailed them and they claimed the product had already left the factory on a Sunday afternoon and therefore they couldn't cancel the order. I would also like to add that they have turned my comments off on their Instagram posts that describe the issue I have had. If you look at their posts there is a suspiciously low number of comments which likely indicates they are doing this to A LOT of unhappy customers. I have reported them to Consumer Affairs Victoria.

My first shock came when although the bras were advertised for sale in Australian dollars, when I was billed it had been converted to US dollars making the bra much more expensive than I would ever spend on a bra in a department store here in Australia. I sent many emails to the Shapermint support team who were not helpful. My very expensive bra eventually arrived and sadly it was far too small even though I had measured & used their size chart. After a lot of frustrating emails to their support they eventually agreed to send a larger size to me and said to donate the small bra I’d received to a person in need or a women’s shelter. At no time was I given an Order number. They have only provided 2 request numbers 7565000 and in another communication, request 7571554. The replacement one I received was also too small in the cups so it also was useless. I gave up on trying to contact their support again. I would advise people if they can’t try the bra on and be certain of the fit before paying for it, do not buy. I was delighted to find that many known brand bras sold here in Australian department stores, such as Berlei, Playtex also have these type of bras ‘no wire’, soft stretchy bras exactly like the ones sold on line. They were also on special so I purchased after trying them on and was satisfied with the fit & comfort. My lesson learned is just be wary of buying bras advertised on Facebook. *Advertised in AUS $ but you are billed in US$. *Size guides often not right *Best with bras to try on first and that may mean buying in a physical store.

delete items was Not greyed out and I was able to proceed to the next screen to give the reason then submit. Surprise, surprise order was not cancelled and I was billed. Contact with customer service and I’m fed the return/ refund policy and as a bonus you get slugged with a $6USA admin fee. Payment was with PayPal so I decided to initiate a transaction dispute- why was I not surprised Shapermint had a notification on PayPal advising contact customer service with subject line Paypal Dispute. Followed this procedure and within 10 mins received $10USA refund - used as a compensation payment, admin fee of $6USA waived and they will hold my hand on the return/ refund process. It is the unscrupulous practices of this company that is bringing them down and they need to be called out and exposed.

I have seen these promoting adds on social media so many times I thought what the hell....looked AMAZING hmmmm thought not sure about this site....resisted for a long time....finally gave in....so the AUD special sucks.... you in, by the time you select your size etc etc and get to the cart wow those affordable bras are now questionable...thought… Read more ·  1

about it paid USA price and guess what.....Oh My Lors the most comfortable bras I have ever worn... all the promotional videos are spot on...I've never worn a bra that doesn't remind me im wearing it and can not wait to get it off....these bras are wonderful I forget that I have it on...I love them, recommend them and buying more...the wire bras are going in the bin

I will be honest I was very tempted to try this product but very sceptical….my daughter ended up buying the cami which I tried and oh my goodness it’s amazing…..I am an older women, my breasts are not sitting where they used to and as soon as I put the garment on it was absolutely perfect…..my breasts are in place and I’m not even wearing a bra….just the cami….and it’s soooo comfortable….I am converted and can’t wait to place my own order…… Show details ·  1

website constantly resets and you lose where you are up to. 60 days to exchange/return - this is not from when you receive the parcel, it's from when you order it! I would absolutely not purchase from here again.

Regardless of what the product is like, I have unsubscribed from their emails 6 times, but still get emails. They have also charged my credit card a random amount 2 months after my purchase.

It was not clear at check-out of their membership that gets automatically deducted from your card each month and this has been happening for a while now without me realising they were taking money. Very disappointing since I did like their leggings, but I won't be purchasing again since this sneaky tactic has caught out hundreds of people according to all the reviews!! Bad business practices!!

I just wanted a simple purchase, but now have a whole mess to deal with and don't have the products I was counting on for tonight. I do not recommend. UPDATE: weirdly after submitting this review the package was delivered the next day ...on a Sunday. But while it is weird/impressive that a courier drove out to mine on a Sunday ... Very disappointed with the fit of the product. Bottoms width fits, but were so high I could pull them up to my armpits and the bra band fits, but cup size was too small. Hence I am reluctant to exchange. However, if I did want to exchange them I can’t because the items and prices they are saying are in my order do not match my receipt. Also, If I ask for a refund it will cost me $6 per item and I already paid $20 AUD in shipping costs.

Worst customer experience! Duped into purchasing extra items at checkout. Contact made immediately to cancel however was only met with refusal after refusal as order "already with fulfillment team"...which it wasn't. Will never attempt to purchase from site again or recommend to others. A rather stressful experience all round.
