Purchasing the SIM experience was good. I bought the eSIM to use in Sri Lanka but I have not travelled yet. I update the using SIM experience once I use it in Sri Lanka. Show details

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Stay away. Currently stuck overseas with a dead Esim, and cannot get any further response from SimCorner. Radio silence. Esim stopped working 2 weeks into a 7 week trip. Contacted SimCorner, 2 hours of emails later was never told why. Offered a 1Gb Esim - never mind that I'd spent over $120 for 2… Read more

months of coverage.

Dealing with this company is awful - good luck if you're on the other side of the world and need any kind of support - you won't get it.

Have used these a number of times, but the last experience was WOEFUL. Ordered an eSIM for a 7 day trip to Fiji, and the reception was so bad I needed to rely on the exorbitant daily internet rate the hotel provided.....I wasn't in a 'middle of nowhere' location either, it was the Hilton Resort on Denarau!

Super rude customer service who tried to blame me for their mistake. I never wanted a physical Sim card and I purchased the eSIM because they told me it would work if my phone was unlocked, which it is. I am attaching the reply I received. Also, Paypal refunded me not SimCorner.Avoid at all costs. Show details

The tech assistance guys were FANTASTIC when I used the first ever e-sim for me Nov/Dec 2024 so I am repurchasing for my upcoming trip to NZ. They will need to help me AGAIN as I have forgotten all the advice! Certain to be patient with an older gal. Have referred many to this company to use this great service/product. Many thanks! Show details

Not great. I have used SIM Corner on our last four O/S trips - EUR, India, Thailand, Japan. Europe was fine, but we had issues with physical SIMs not working on all Asia trips. Customer service via email is prompt, but they are not quick to find a resolution. Instead, with the challenges of being on different time zones, they take you through many… Read more

instructions to test that all settings are correct - understandable. However, with the exception of India where they replaced the SIM by sending through an e-SIM, they did not do this for us in Thailand or Japan. Instead, they just kept asking us to try different settings (over the course of a week), with no resolution. I now have two SIMs that didn't work, have not been used, and have cost me in excess of $140. I recently mentioned this when looking to purchase a new SIM for an upcoming trip to Greece, but again, no resolution offered. I will now go elsewhere for all future O/S SIM purchases. Do not recommend.

Just didnt work, support was useless – Bought their unlimited data and added the phone home to landline option. While the mobile worked in the USA phone home never worked to an established landline in AU. Support was non-existent, glad I had a plan B from another provider. There are better solutions out there. Show details

Ordering our eSims was fast and efficient. Company had earlier responded to an enquiry promptly that led me to the eSim choice selected. Have used physical Sims from this company in the past and never experienced an issue. Show details

Follow-up  · Activated the eSIM only last Tuesday in Rome. Worked first time and coverage so far has been excellent.

I ordered the Orange Europe SIM Card 100GB to use in Malta, knowing I would be there for a month. While still in Australia I got the physical SIM card sent to my address and when I was 1 hour away from landing in Malta I removed my Australian SIM card and inserted the Sim Corner SIM card. Straight away it worked remembered to turn on the data… Read more

roaming (that is the key thing to do to get the SIM card to work!!) I never used the phone number that came with it and just used What's App to communicate back home (be sure to set this up before you leave your origin country). Will definitely be using it overseas again if I go to other countries around the world. Want to give 5 for the review but gave 4 because my husband ordered the eSIM but started to get weird text/chat groups via his WhatsApp the minute he activated it. Next time I'll get him the physical SIM card like what I did. Would recommend Sim Corner have an app that shows how much GB has been used but I did set up the one on my Samsung S25 Ultra and have used only 40% so far which seems accurate.

Would advise everyone to stay clear – I purchased two sim cards from Sim corner in May 2024, I arranged for them to be activated on May the 22nd a day before we arrived in Glasgow on the 23rd of May, after several hours the sim cards did not activate I emailed Sim corner very early the next morning, later that day there was no word from Sim corner so we arranged alternate sim cards,… Read more

on the 27th of May Sim corner emailed me and asked why I didn't contact them and that they could activate them if I wanted. When we arrived home I contacted Sim corner and asked if I was eligible for a refund they replied yes as long as they have not been used, at that point I had misplaced the sim cards, but when I had relocated them I asked Sim corner once again am I still able to get a refund, they replied yes as long as they have not been used, by then the 90 day waiting period had passed which I was not aware of but Sim corner obviously were aware of this, I have evidence from Aust post that Sim corner have in fact received said sim cards but refuse to respond to my emails I have given Sim corner more than ample time to respond to this, so we have no choice but to leave a very negative review here & we have a couple of family members that travel overseas occasionally who will never use your services again, we will also give Sim corner a very unfavourable review to anyone we can. Sim corner you have our money and the goods, shame on you Sim corner shame on you. B & J.

Tennis down under – First, let me say I am very happy with the 2 sim cards I purchased from SimCorner. I bought an Australian card (Optus service)with 35GBs and a New Zealand card (Vodafone service)with 10GBs. Both cards were purchased before leaving the USA for my combined 24 day trip. With the help of SimCorner customer service (on UK Christmas Day) the Aus.… Read more

Card was activated. I had an issue activating the NZ card, but by using the Vodafone chat feature, they were able activate the card for me. I used the Aus. card for 4 days in Sydney, then switched over to the NZ card for use on my 14 day NZ Cruise. The NZ/Vodafone card worked for all of the 9 port we visited. Many times it worked while on the ship without being in port, but we had to be able to see land for it to work. After the NZ Cruise I switched back to the Aus/Optus to use for 6 days in Melbourne. Many times my wife would tether to my phone with her iPad & cell phone. The total cost for the cards was $71.66 (US$), which was a great value & service for my trip.

All eSIMs I have purchased from SimCorner have been great - used them in the US, French Polynesia, SEA (Msia-Spore-Thailand) with no issues. Great reliable product which matters more to me than just the price point (noting that they are also competitively priced and are happy to price match). Keep on going SimCorner! Show details

Awful experience. I couldn’t activate the eSIM, and there was no proper customer support to help resolve the issue. I spent hours during my holiday trying to sort it out, only for the company to eventually stop responding altogether. I also requested a refund and received no reply. I strongly recommend going with a more reliable provider that offers proper customer support. Show details

Not recommended. I purchased a physical sim card specifically for Switzerland which simply did not work. I had to buy another Swiss sim card while away which worked perfectly. The company refused to reimburse me even though I emailed them about my concerns whilst overseas.

I’ve used a prepaid UK sim several times from this company, it’s always worked with no issues. I just swap the SIMs over when I arrive in the UK, and I’m good to go. I mainly use Google maps so I don’t need a satnav in my hire car, and there’s always plenty of data left over….an inexpensive way of doing it! Show details
