what I need to do,upon arrival we had no cover on both phones and could not connect at all,we asked a phone guy and he said he could not understand it so we asked our driver to help us he took us to a phone shop and the phone shop could not work it out so then had to pay for 2 more sims in Singapore,we then conatcted them to tell them why it was so hard they said why didnt we contact them and they would have helped us well we had no coverage so what the hell were we suppose to do with no coverage and 3 people on arrival said it was too hard to understand and also my hubby and I couldnt work it out,so no refund no nothing just a message telling us we should have contacted them well done Travelkon we know now we made a mistake what a joke,we understand we are old but not as stupid as all that.

Then I had to buy another eSIM card from a different provider, obviously, for the rest of my trip outside the USA.

Now I have just received another SMS prompting the same response but doing my maths I should be recharging on the 10th Feb not the 3rd as they claim. landline back home. They finally fixed that up after a few goes. Then people couldn’t phone me with my PEN from home. Don’t know if this ever worked after they told me that the person phoning didn’t have to put the country code in which was part of the PEN. I gave up after that because I’d already spent nearly US$12 trying to fix things up. Different staff give different answers. I don’t recommend this card.

I have had an eSIM for about 2 years now & ❤️ love it…. I have used it in approx 15 countries & it hasn’t missed a beat …. I was getting range when lots of people on our tour of South Africa.. then India .. then Borneo were struggling with theirs + this covers more countries than Airolo… my sister-in-law didn’t even get hers working on our trip to Spain & Italy … she just gave up! Unfortunately stating our phone number is mandatory. Considering that we can't use the phone before the activation date, I don't understand why we could not have been given the phone number in advance. On our next visit to the UK in 2026, we won't bother buying a prepaid sim with this company in Australia.

all of Africa countries including national parks . Unfortunately, the actual service is severely limited. The data only worked in the Cape Town, Johannesburg CBD area. As soon as I traveled to major destinations including national park areas, Victoria Falls, Serengeti National Park, and Maasai Mara National Reserve there was almost zero coverage. Out of the 20 GB I paid for, I was only able to use 3 GB because of these dead zones. It was a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this package if you plan on traveling outside major city centers of Africa

Excellent coverage in all countries I have visited so far, using data only. I purchased a $50 eSIM on the plane and it was all working within minutes. The best thing is that the credit doesn't expire so I just use it on my next trip. It just works :)

to iPhones and not Android. So I didn't bother. 1)The email said to "If you don’t wish to renew your subscription, be sure to cancel it at least one day before the renewal date to avoid any charges. To modify or cancel your plan, open the BNESIM app, tap the side menu, go to Subscriptions, and manage your subscription details." It was very hard to navigate to unsubscribe. There was only an option to "deactivate" under my Profile. I was still charged a renewal fee even though I unsubscribed before the due date. I was told there was no refund option, only a credit. 2) Even worse was when I arrived back in Australia, BNESIM changed my telecom supplier to Optus, which I don't use and never used. I copied their message "That looks like BNESIM’s standard arrival notification — BNESIM normally auto-connects to a local partner (e.g., Optus) if your plan covers Australia and mobile data roaming is enabled" I removed my credit card details and deleted the app.

connectivity. Sometime it worked sometimes it did not. Then bought a second eSIM card for 15 days and did not work at all. I got in touch with team and the back a forth was taking a chunk of time. Very stressful having to deal with while your minor is by himself.

The team kept saying if you told us before etc but you do not have to experience this they do not get it that a teenager won’t be dealing with this issue the way they expected
