can wait 48 hours or 24 hours for a response to get a simple medication, etc. Absolutely horrific I waited. Four days to get a prescription I’d run out of my medication……,, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Getting ED medication is extremely efficient and timely through this provider, unlike some others, where the process is frustratingly difficult. If you're 50 and active still I highly recommend them, as does my wife! Show reply

fact that it’s now been 4 days and I still don’t know if I have been approved. I had a video call with a clinical dietician and she was lovely. Was told that a Dr would contact me to make another consult the same day or the next morning, still haven’t heard anything back. I wouldn’t complain if I didn’t pay as much as I didn’t upfront before even getting approved. This is suspicious and I’m honestly thinking about just getting a refund and finding someone else.

mostly they seem disinterested while they try to run through the required questions in under 2mins and get more patients through the cattle gate. If you are okay with this experience, and paying A LOT, then this is a legitimate way to access medication online.

Same experience as all the other reviewers since the updated website. Paid over $500 lost all my prescription had to go thru the whole process again upload photos etc only to be told I need to go to a local doctor to now confirm my details!! Isnt that what we are trying to get away from!!! Trying to get my money back now...Nothing SIMPLE about them stay away.

The initial questionnaire, assessment and video appointment took approximately a week to complete. It was thorough and the video call was a nice touch to actually speak with someone about goals and concerns. If I could i would give zero! They are a disgrace. They implemented a new website and ordering system and it is fundamentally flawed. They hold orders wanting further information that isn't necessary. You can not get hold off them. No phone number and emails take forever to reply to. Go with someone else as this will waste your time and money

It is a scam! They took my money and I never heard from them again! The script and my ID verification keeps saying pending. I could never get in touch with anyone. Live chat is run by chatbot and the phone line is disconnected. Never order anything with them !!

Simple online doctors are a bunch of rip offs. They keep trying to charge me for consultations that I don't need, and that I have already paid for. Their customer service is even worse. hey resolve nothing and then won't return any messages or calls. Do not under any circumstances use them. They SUCK!
