Excellent shelving for both home and business use. The structure feels solid, there is plenty of storage space, and it was simple to assemble without needing complicated tools.

Really happy with this Steelpower shelving unit! Sturdy steel frame, strong weight capacity, and easy to assemble — done in about 30 minutes. Adjustable shelf spacing gives tons of extra storage space. Clean, versatile design that fits anywhere. Great value — highly recommend! Show details
fast and professional installation, the customer service is very nice, thank you and good product.
Follow-up · easy install, around 20 mins each shelving
I got a perfect shopping experience last week with steel power shelving. Effective communication, expert installation, sturdy product, fast delivery. Will definitely come back for other products.
Great support. Great shelving. Good design. However, while assembly is simple, it is far more tedious than I would have imagined. Delivery was expensive but they gave a great price cut. Show details

DON’T DO IT! Read the negative reviews, look at the pictures and then go somewhere else! I had been looking for steel shelving to meet out needs in a newly constructed shed for months and thought we had found the perfect solution in Steel Power Shelving (SPS). Unfortunately, I should have read the real and honest reviews a bit better because with… Read more
the exception of the online ordering process, everything else has been a terrible experience.
It started with our goods being dumped on the driveway by the transport company (Direct Freight Express). When we unpacked our shelving, it was immediately apparent it had been handled with complete disregard with several components showing distinct signs of impact damage and almost all components scratched or worn. I immediately raised this with SPS over the phone at which point the person who answered told me they have had issues with that particular transport provider in the past. Besides being trashed on delivery and in a condition that can only be described as poor, a key concern is now structural integrity given the weight claims made for the shelving. We have small children and I don’t want that risk. Besides, at the price you expect better.
The person asked me to send through pictures which I did and this is when it started to go downhill fast. I was advised that in accordance with their shipping policy, some marking can occur in transit and this was largely in line with that. A very low offer of compensation was made to either swap out some components or accept as is with a slightly higher but still very low offer of compensation. When I suggested this was a matter for insurance and the transport provider, we kept coming back to the shipping policy.
After several emails, I thought the issue was resolved and SPS had said the shelving could be returned. When I asked how this would be managed for collection, they told me I was responsible for shipping as I was effectively changing my mind. At no point in any correspondence had I suggested I was doing this.
We went to Fair Trading and SPS responded to them with a letter saying they would process a refund (although I note they had the audacity in the letter to suggest that they couldn’t be certain we hadn’t caused the damage ourselves which is just asinine! Another indication of the type of people you are dealing with here). I accepted the offer and asked how shipping would be managed, keeping in mind we did not have the original packaging (not a requirement) and that the transport provider (the same provided that treated it so poorly in the first place) was going to be used and I didn’t trust them not to damage it further or lose something.
At this point SPS advised that in accordance with their policy, the goods would be received and inspected at which point a determination on refund would be made. Ignoring the fact that partial refunds are not a thing for returned goods, they wanted the goods to be shipped back (you have no goods) and then determine what they will give you back (you potentially have no or less money).
I raised the issue with SPS in Dec 25 and we are still unresolved if that's any indication of what you're in for if you have a problem.
I cannot stress enough how much I would recommend dealing with someone (anyone!) else at this point if you are looking for shelving. If you want trashed shelving on delivery - it's a free world and you can do as you please. My strongest suggestion is look at alternatives and then go there - even for a few dollars extra. Don’t get sucked in with the clever Facebook or Instagram advertising. Don’t get sucked in with the sale offers.
JUST DON’T!
Oh, and before SPS makes any suggestion it's shelving, it's not for display etc. etc. we received steel play equipment from a reputable online provider and you will never guess what wasn't dented, scratched and gouged. It's not the transport of steel products that the issue - it's the way it's packed and handled. So just own the issue.
I bought a garage shelf for about $300. Pegboard does not fit well. Had an alignment problem. I requested a replacement. They requested extra charge for no reason in addition to few calls and emails. I don't recommend the sellers. Save urself headache. Don't buy from them.
