What the hell is going on guys!!! I cant understand why you cannot pick up the phone and respond to emails! You have my money but where is my product! This is just an absolute joke, please refund my money!!!!

customer service excellent. The first bottle I ordered from Amazon now has a crack in the lid and since it’s past 30 days, they can’t do anything to help me because it was an international order. However, I have on two separate occasions now contacted SuppKings’ customer service team for warranty purposes. Both times I received a fast response and favourable outcomes. Both times I dealt with Bianca, who was just so great and helpful. I don’t know why there are bad reviews by others, but I’ve ordered twice, and claimed warranty twice and it’s been such a quick and easy process. Just emailed them and it was sorted within a day or two. If anyone is unsure, don’t be! They’re great and must have improved since those previous reviews. Happy shopping everyone!!

So far so good – Have placed a couple of orders so far with SuppKIngs for BCAAs caps and I have found their shopping site easy to navigate and their dispatch delivery times very acceptable. I would definitely recommend giving SuppKings a try.

Fast Shipping & Great Price – Unsure what the other 1 star reviews are about, however I ordered a bunch of protein yesterday, received today (under 24 hours). It is impressive as I am not close to the city or the distrubition centres. Easy website navigation, very satisfied with the whole process. Thanks team, will purchase after I am done with this lot of protein!

unacceptable – Unacceptable and deceptive sales. Ordered two items of pre workout. Both arrived rock solid. When opened both are solid as concrete and has been subjected to extreme humidity. I would highly recommend buying direct from USA or a reputable source like iherb.

For anyone looking to use their online website, I would not recommend this site at all. They have non- existence customer service.

I have sent multiple emails with no response except at the very beginning. I was very cordial at the beginning and only demanded an explanation. Their phone number also doesn’t work.

I paid over $80 for this drink bottle as a Christmas gift, and now I will have to get something else.

I was finally notified today that my order was posted and now have to wait between 3 to 8 days more. TERRIBLE – Place an Order a week ago and email a couple of time to follow up. Got no replies and the order is still processing. Even after a week. Had to call them and they werent respectful or helpful. They just said they still working on the order and it is what it is.

Bad customer service – I have emailed them multiple times about my order which has been processing for more than 3 days and on their website the estimated arrival time is 1-2 days for Western Australia and they have not been replying to any of my emails. way better than expected, absolutely recommend – I palced my order sometime last week and came here to read the reviews, I got scared as there is many bad reviews about people not getting their order or or saying the custmor servise is bad. So I waited two days after my order and called them, they answerd fast and provided me with traking number and I recived my order withtin couple of days.
