They heavily advertise quick processing within business hours and claim to be far superior to other providers, yet their service falls completely short. from start to finish. Their Credit Sense link for uploading bank statements was entirely frustrating and broken; despite successfully completing it multiple times, I kept getting automated text messages demanding that I upload my statements again through the exact same loop. To make matters worse, my application was conditionally approved on Friday, but no one ever got back to me before the end of the day. I was left completely in the dark until today, only to be told that my application was now declined because I didn't meet their lending criteria. Immediately after declining me, they tried to set me up with their partner lenders, claiming I qualified for them instead. It makes absolutely no sense how I could be conditionally approved, ignored for days, suddenly fail their criteria, and then conveniently be pushed toward third-party options. Save yourself the time and headache and avoid Swoosh Finance altogether.

Stay well away, they are being taken to court by ASIC for dodgy operations, they don’t care about the customers they just want your assets you used for your loan, [Name Removed] is a piece of work and should not even have a job, they will be out of business soon

Call you a VIP customer and then tell you of sorry we cant help you. Even though you currently have a loan with them anyway so its not like they can't see consistent payments

SWOOSH offer you the option to refinance. Numerous emails back-and-forth requesting in-depth information, they then decline your loan and do not even have the decency or respect to inform you. Kept on asking me to top up then decline me I’m making more money now then when I did , I missed some payments but payed then , had a rough trot but hit back in my feet
