immediately, was able to squeeze me into his schedule the next day, and was so friendly and personable. He explained the whole service thoroughly, allowed me to ask all my questions, and was so efficient in his service. Turns out I had a MASSIVE infestation of spiders, he brought me out to show me the problem spots and I was shocked. I would have had 0 idea and I was so so thankful I called him. He even showed me some pictures of how big the spiders were, which was great because my family abroad was very curious and wanting photos. I cannot recommend this service enough!! Andrew from Local Guys was fantastic. Total pest nerd (which is exactly who you want!) Super knowledgeable and explained everything properly. After some nasty spider bites, he fumigated my home thoroughly, even doing the car, bins and outdoor areas. The next day I found massive spiders and moths on the ground, so I know it worked! We had a pigeon infestation in the roof space of our apartment block with over 100 pigeons nesting in our roof!! I called a number of companies and could not even get a supplier to come and take a look without charging me over $200. Raj came out, did a thorough inspection of the roof, identified the problem and provided a full solution. He took photos and provided very sound advice. The project was done in stages starting with removing the pigeons as humanely as possible, getting a roofer in to repair the roof, cleaning up the roof space and replacing the insulation and baiting the roof, as it was also discovered that the pigeon eggs had attracted rats, so we also had a rat infestation.

Raj and his team were very solution focussed. I was kept up to date with progress as they went along, and received videos of the repairs as they were completed.

I highly recommend the Local Guys who provided me with a complete solution to a very challenging problem. The team followed all required safety protocols and delivered a fantastic outcome. Raj continues to come back to the property to check the bait traps and top them up to ensure that we rectify the rat issue.

Great service and value! Jason came out to do a barrier spray on my house, he was kind and knowledgeable. I had called a few other businesses but the prices I was quoted as a base cost and the explanations I was given and in the delivery as to why it was so.. let’s just say it was the reason I decided to look around a little more. engaged with Upper Coomera Local Guys Pest Control, and consider myself lucky that I came across that specific Upper Coomera franchise when obtaining quotes, as I couldn't ask for more thorough, well priced and such knowledgeable industry experts! From my initial inquiry with booking specialist Amy, to my interaction with Dan who performed the actual treatment, in my view, there was nothing short of excellence! Before the treatment started, I was provided with Dan's full list of compliance (inclusive of valid Blue card, First Aid/CPR, Police check) and relevant accreditation, which gave me a huge peace of mind, knowing who was entering our Participant's home. I myself had to support/facilitate this treatment alongside our Participant, however personally have a phobia of cockroaches, this is where I received huge support from both Amy and Dan, they were extremely patient, understanding and personable in that regard. Both Amy and Dan went above and beyond what my highest expectations were.
