injured prior to using your product. Disappointed to say the least, as, I bought the product thinking it was Australian.
I cannot fault this small business one bit. Great products, and overall great customer service. After receiving my Kettle it showed a minor fault causing a small leak. Wattle&Wombat quickly recognised the product fault with no hesitation to replace it straight away which I consider great customer service. Small Business like this should be recognised. Will be a returning customer in future.
I ordered one set of utensils (16th August) and then amended my order to two sets within the time frame allowed and paid the extra money. Nothing but hassles and poor customer service since. if I did want the extra set to let them know so I told them I did want two sets as I had ordered and paid for. Then after many emails they wanted extra money on top of what I paid. I pointed out that I had paid the correct amount which was the discount for buying two products plus the discount code. After many emails they said the original amount I sent them was correct and not to worry they were sending two sets. Then I had to chase them up for a tracking number. So after about 15 emails to sort it out I finally received a tracking number. Still awaiting delivery at the time of this email so can’t comment on the quality of the product. Will not use this company again.
Really lovely utensils, very well made and a solid shift to non-tox in the kitchen. It did take some getting used to with the spatulas obviously not as flexible as silicone but have now mastered using them! service is wonderful, one of my utensils arrived with a chip in it (must've been knocked in postage) and they kindly reposted another when I emailed through the photo of the damage. Will happily be recommending them to family and friends, thanks!
Definitely not dishwasher friendly (father accidentally put the tongs in), but was easy to re-nourish the wood with MCT coconut oil and came up beautifully.
I bought the utensils and boards about 6 months ago. Well made, no problems at all. Easy to look after. Just remember to re oil them. I would recommend to others
I was loving the products until my chopping board split right near the handle , pretty poor quality for such expensive item, I have purchased the wooden cutlery as well, hopefully they last more that 3 weeks like the chopping board I have Kmart chopping boards for 25 years and still in the same shape Not happy
Recently purchased the utensil set from the company & am very happy so far with them. We had an issue with 1 piece, contacted them & within 10 minutes there was a response.
