Zoom Removalists Sydney

Our removalists, Moey and moudi, were so great. Really friendly and were careful with wrapping and looking after our furniture in the move. They were cheerful and patient and made the whole process very easy. Thank you!!

Norman and Ivan helped me with my move out of a 2br apartment. Clear communication, efficient and really helpful and nice to deal with. Good care was taken with all my belongings. I would happily book them again, Highly recommended.

Norman and Aojeen moved our one bedroom apartment in light-speed, finishing everything in only a few hours. They were friendly, careful and did a great job of manoeuvring down several flights of stairs. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, and will recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks again!!

partner worked tirelessly all day and didn’t even stop for lunch. They also did a bit of extra furniture moving for us which we greatly appreciated. They took great care with all our belongings and I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend Zoom Removals to anyone needing an excellent removal company.

Norman and Aojeen were extremely efficient, friendly, and took the utmost care with our possessions when moving our possessions from one apartment to another in Bondi. The move took faster than expected, and Norman and Aojeen took far more care with our possessions than I expected, all while finishing on time, and consulting me with any concerns before doing anything that may risk damaging the possessions. A+

Used Zoom twice. 2nd move, hot day, different team one being the muscle and inexperienced. Damaged walls, door frames, ceiling w one bed frame. Needed to be instructed to dismantle the frame. Zero liability from management with a minuscule ‘good will’ payment whilst innuendo I was a liar about time of damage. Brand new house. Wouldn’t recommend, look elsewhere.

I had a booking for labour-only removals on 04/11/2025. The team was due to arrive between 0900-1000. I received no communication from the company regarding any delay. I was provided incorrect and misleading ETAs.

The team eventually arrived at 1430 with no apology or explanation for the extreme late arrival. The team were completely unaware that I had booked labour-only and tried to convince me to use their truck and pay extra to have them drive 110km to my new address.

The team failed to follow advice regarding parking and blocked the driveway to my apartment block, upsetting many of my neighbours who were arriving home from work by the time the team had arrived and started work. The team did not follow instructions without constant supervision from myself or my family member also on site. The team claimed the truck was full when there was plenty of space remaining, and after a complaint were able to load a substantial amount more items with more space to spare.

The team attempted to get me to sign paperwork and make payment before the job was completed, with multiple items still not moved from the apartment. The team damaged multiple items during the process.

The service I received was not worth the $700 I paid. Payment was demanded via bank transfer to a non-business bank account with no proof of payment or copy of invoice provided to me. I had to pay a cancellation fee and rebook my removalists at the other end of the move due to the extensive delays. The poor communication throughout the day and lack of accountability were unacceptable.

I would not use Zoom Removals again in future.

and forth from primary company to secondary sub company, highly stressful, when l arrived at new home site, confronted the driver who didn’t what to talk and answer my questions why things got so messy, refused to talk to me and deliberately drove off knowing that I was talking to him,with my feet in front of the front driver‘s tire, stepped back in amazement and watched him drive off!!!’

Moved a 3 bedroom unit to storage half hour away. The guys were very helpful, careful, patient and efficient. They arrived on time, gave me notice upon arrival, and even helped me pack additional bits. Took about 6hpurs all up. Norman and Aojeen from Zoom removals were friendly, professional and highly efficient. They did an excellent job moving the contents of my 1 bedroom apartment, and I would absolutely recommend their services.

I've moved interstate a number of times over the years and have had one good experience, one horrific experience and several mixed experiences. Moving with Zoom was definitely what I would describe as an 'excellent' experience.

It rained at both ends of my move so that was an extra challenge for the movers but they handled it extremely well. James and Sam were both extremely professional and highly skilled at moving all of my contents. Their communication with me throughout the move was excellent also. The high standards that they apply to their role was greatly appreciated and a credit to them both.

I have a number of cheap furniture items that I was unsure how well they would travel but absolutely everything came through in perfect condition. Even both of my indoor clothes hangers looked as good as new!

I'm genuinely so grateful for Zoom removals. I'd used them happily for local Sydney moves from 2009 to 2011 but they didn't offer interstate moves when I left Sydney in 2012, which was a shame as that was a 'mixed' move. I was so pleased to see that they have grown and were able to help me with this move. And they did not disappoint. Moving interstate is never easy but they definitely took some of the stress out of it for me.

10/10 friendly, accommodating, professional. Moey was great. Thanks for making the long day and inter-state move so easy. Everything arrived safely. Highly recommend. I'll definately be calling Moey for my next move.

Had to move with really short notice. These guys made the process easy. Booking process was proactive. They were able to help last minute. Packers (Moey) arrived on time and got things sorted stress free.

surprises on the pricing front. Don't plan to be moving again soon, but would call them again in a second if I needed to.
