Scamming, don't buy! – have ordered item 108162 from this company. I don't often accuse companies of fraud, but unfortunately, this company is far from reliable when it comes to the promised amounts. They promised 3GB, but they cut you off after only 2.5GB.

Purchased in at Bourjois for $11.

Worse product ever – After a rocky start with one of my three SIMs, the service kept getting worse as we travelled. I spent hours with support chat, and after having days without any connectivity through Europe I moved to another provider. It's a shame because the support people were really nice, just the product sucked and wasn't in a usable state.

Avoid Avoid Avoid scammers – You only get good speed of upto 7mb for only 2GB data and after that they throtle your speed. I used them for 7 days in turkey and everyday after 2gb they would throtle the speed. I had 7days unlimited data package.

Purchased in for $25.

Falsely advertised - high cost 'free' calls, or scam – bought Europe eSim from etravelSIM over others for the UK number wanting calls feature in UK as well as Europe alongside data. etravelsim advertised "Free Incoming calls (with UK based mobile number)" and I included the add-on "200 minutes of local calls within Europe". (Update on further investigation: number provided (+44 074523) is not geographical uk number its an International number provisioned for UK, which is chargeable to most UK phones at high rates, example of EE charge rates(19.5p min) attached - I'm now wondering if this is poorly set up or a scam to get high fees on inbound calls)

good: - received the esim email straight away - QR code uploaded the sim to the phone

ok: - support via whatapp, not sure where to - says Singapore, but its India dialling code - not bad in response, lil patchy, mostly quick and helpful - data is now working with some further setting tweaks - havent had chance to really test data speeds etc.

poor: - Instructions required phone settings changes and are not clearly described - consisting of a few lines on an email, no YouTube, webpage with screenshots etc - limited explanations and terms and conditions to understand what you are actually buying and how to use it

Bad: Calls - Incoming callers - have to have international calling even if UK - not free as advertised - my friend had to add credit to his UK phone(which has free UK calls) before the call would connect - Outgoing calls - still havent been able to call out - havent been able to establish what 'local' calls mean when its an "EU SIM Plan"

Feels like a v small operation trying but not quite there yet...and utilising international re-provisioning rather than an actually uk geo number
