I go, and crop them before saving, so it would be far better if they could be included without any automatic cropping by the auto function. At present I need to do a lot of adjusting before I can publish. I love being able to work on the albums off line. That is a real plus for me.

heavy level of a orange in some of the photos. now I can understand one or two of the photos I wondered when making up the book and I accept that but some of the photos are so orange in colour they are not like the photos sent. I also understand that the African photos have a orange colour to an extent but my previous book I had done with you in early February of local Animal and Birds was also orange tainted in some of the photos not to the same extent but not the same as photos sent. Its disappointing as your service and product looks to be a good one and the photos not effected by the orange are really good. It may be something that I'm doing from my end and please let me know but have other books I want to make up but wonder if its worth doing as it stands. to her offspring to honour the first anniversary of her youngest daughter’s death. I suggested AlbumWorks and showed her some of the books I’d made over the years. She asked me if I would make the photo book for her, which I gladly agreed to do. As per usual, I used the option of having my creation checked by AlbumWork’s experts prior to having it printed. Their team were able to identify errors which had escaped my notice, so that after I had corrected my mistakes, the finished product was a fitting tribute to my friend’s daughter. She cried when she saw how beautiful the book presentation was, as did each of her offspring. Given that I have made many photo books featuring my own family, I have to say that making a book which had so many memories attached was a highlight for me, personally.

As a regular user of Albumworks, once again the latest album did not disappoint. Not only was the album of outstanding quality, the turnaround time was under one week from lodgement to its delivery to me. My friends always ask me who produces my albums, and many have now become Albumworks customers themselves. I only rated it five stars, because they don’t have a higher scale!!! I ordered a photo book of my daughter's wedding. It is just perfect! I could choose all of my favourite photos from the day in any format i wanted. The book looks fabulous! old EH Holden that was used to transport them on the day. I hangs proudly in the lounge room and attracts many comments. The quality is A1. I have purchased many photo books prior to this from Albumworks of our overseas trips. they are great to look back on. I am currently working on our recent 6 week trip to Scandinavia and can't wait to see what it looks like when I finish it!

Love the company but disappointed in the last book – I have used Albumworks for over 10 years now, mostly for the large square books of about 200 pages each. as possible, making them lighter to compensate for the lightness of the pc screen, so I was quite devastated to see this result, especially as I have had no problem before. One double page even had the same coloured tag twice as dark on the right hand page, as on the left page! I still don't like picking the book up now and feeling that huge disappointment with it - hopefully this is just a one off, as I would still like to continue using this company. What guarantee do I have that this isn't going to happen again? - especially as the second two thirds of the book was fine, it was just the first third. Apart from this one time hickup, I would still recommend Albumworks, all my other books are great.

Poor quality and no service – First delivery did not arrive. Second attempt arrived damaged. Quality of the printing was appalling. Photo colours unrelatable to originals. Complaints are just ignored.

The printing quality changed – I’ve been using albumworks for over 10 years and was happy with the product until they changed from HD glossy printing to Hi Colour 7 printer with only lustre pages. I’d give albumworks a go to see what this new Hi Colour 7 with lustre paper would be like. I have to say that I was very disappointed with the printing. The vibrancy was not there. The colour was pale and no shine like my previous books. I called customer service and asked if they could reprint. They said no and offered a 50% discount for me to do it again. Of course I wasn’t going to pay for the same book. I’d be happier if they would allow me to adjust the lighting on the pictures and reprint the book at no extra cost. It wouldn’t be an issue with the HD printer and using glossy paper.

Great service, a fabulous product and the lay flat books are exceptional. No need to worry about a mid-join and cramped pages. The ability to span one photo made up of multiple images (4 or 5) merged is outstanding. The image quality is great with photos from a Nikon D750 or an iPhone. They all look first class. No question I would recommend to others, as I am now into my next book. Show reply

Have used Albumworks for several years since Momento closed down and I am very happy with the printing quality, fast production and answers to any quesrions is readily available. I have been making photobooks of each of my Grandchildren recording their first 21 years. My only disappointment was the limited choices in Cover colours & patterns Show reply

I would not use any other publisher. Have been using Albumworks now for many years and have not found fault with any of the books I have done. I was recommended to use Albumworks for my Iceland holiday photo book. What a wise bit of advice. Initially I had some problems with the programme. BUT help was only a phone call away. Once I became familiar with the programme things progressed well. I ordered a hard photo cover album with a high grade paper. The end result was superb. Thanks Albumworks. the main thing after all the work in assembling and editing images for printing. The lay flat feature gives the opportunity to spread your work right across two page. Find the program reasonably intuitive to use but the layout options mostly unuseable and no single page option so resort to creating a page layout using picture boxes. The text box option is pretty clunky given that it is not created where you want it and has to be reshaped and moved to its required place rather than to a preselected position.
