match individually and he stated yes but then I was given a link that last 15 mins and was told to press it - I actually did and found out that they prices are not reduced until the final checkout which is quite suspicious - I didn't actually see this but was told by their rep on chatline. This whole thing is suspicious and obviously strange. I believe that as a price match it should be clearly stated not in such a round about way.
My experience was absolutely amazing no problem at all exactly on the time frame they told me will be deliver and the delivery people lovely . Nothing was trouble for them very happy .Highly recommended I will purchase again for sure.

no idea of this and couldn't figure out why I wasn't working.
Well, it's a front loader and so of course it's not working because it's not stabilised because I thought is broken and it's been attempted to hold it with cardboard. Absolutely horrific experience and cannot believe that people would think this is an adequate level of a delivery service.
I am now almost into week eight of no washing machine now as a result of this and as we all know washing machine machines are an essential part of everyday life. I would say if efficiency and assurance of reasonable standards is a value for you I would probably be looking somewhere else.

Not only cheaper than my local retail stores, but they had the products in stock. I didn't have to wait a month or two for the next stock deliveries.
I rarely take the time to actually write online reviews purely because most of the time the service and experience is less than stellar however I have filled out every survey and review for these guys as I have been so impressed with the experience, sale & delivery service. I have purchased twice now from them and would definitely buy from them again.

Follow-up · Installation was great. Guy set up TV and showed me step by step. Very knowledgeable. The deal was $30 off for first time customer with free delivery. The product was a TCL 56 inch QLED TV that was on special.

Follow-up · The fridge itself is great although I am concerned that the control for both fridge and freezer are together inside the fridge and I have had problems finding the right balance as either the fridge freezes everything or the ice cream is too soft in the freezer - not sure that the dual control is such a good idea - FYI I did follow the instructions exactly.

Ordered a fridge from Good Guys - who failed to deliver, couldn't provide a future delivery date and were generally unhelpful. Gave up and requested a refund from them. Ordered from Appliances Online at the same time - they delivered the next day within a 2 hour window, easy old appliance pickup, easy delivery, very professional. I would definitely order from Appliances Online again! Great delivery service!!

the front 4th machine again another dent. They were at my place 5 times asking couriers to watch a machine do a load dry that wasn't filling even half way with water. After bening lied to by the supervisor staring that the machine is ment to do that, I called Heier themselves and found out the 1st 2 machines were faulty. You think the 3rd time they'd get it correct, Nope a dent showed to me by the driver as he walked it in the door, the next machine the same, Spoke to a couple of friends that had the same issue... there selling 2nds What gote was the BS, id you think your customers are that stupid you have to lie to them Would you believe these idiots wanted to try a 5th time? replacement to be delivered today, Appliances Online has somehow managed to mess that up as well. The replacement isn’t coming, and I now have to rearrange my plans AGAIN and book another day for delivery.
I’ve had to deal with a faulty product, wait nearly two weeks for a resolution, organise my time around a replacement delivery that didn’t happen, and now inconvenience myself yet again because of their mistake.
What makes this even more frustrating is that throughout this entire ordeal, I’ve received absolutely no compensation or meaningful gesture of goodwill for the amount of time and inconvenience this has caused me.
I understand that faulty products happen. What matters is how a company handles the situation afterwards, and Appliances Online has handled mine terribly. I was initially attracted to them because of the convenience of their delivery and removal service, but this experience has been anything but convenient.
At this point I’m incredibly disappointed, frustrated and genuinely regret purchasing through Appliances Online. For a company that promotes convenient and hassle-free service, this has been the complete opposite.
