I visited last week working out what I needed where she advised me with detailed knowledge and genuine interest and when I returned after deciding to purchase Nancy went above and beyond organising delivery and giving me the best possible price. I went in to Bunbury retravision with a specific item in mind, all front counter staff were friendly on arrival and one of them directed me down to my wanted item, checked for stock on the computer and sent me to the back dock where another friendly worker bought my item out and carried it out to my car and placed it in the boot for me .. always great service and product's at retravision Show details
Service is excellent. At sale time we were in a desperate need of a fridge as our old one broke down. The only fridge of size to replace was out of stock with the floor stock last one. Sent me a faulty fridge Had to get it replaced Fridge broke again and they could not fix it properly, instead outsourcing to the manufacturer and a bunch of incompetent technicians. Fridge got fRutherford damaged in the process. They would not remove or replace the fridge Offered to refund me then deducted a whole bunch of fees. Awful experience, would not recommend, stuck with a broken fridge and less money than it costs to buy or replace.
Unacceptable Delivery Failures & Zero Customer Support I ordered an item designated as "in-stock" on 13/Aug. The earliest delivery slot available through their courier (ANC) was 18/Aug. reschedule. No one called. I had to initiate contact myself the next day, only to be given a new date of 24/Aug. I contacted RetraVision support directly to complain about the 11-day delay for an in-stock item, but they offered no assistance or remedy.
When 24/Aug arrived, the courier failed to deliver a second time. I called RetraVision and advised them that if the item was not delivered by the following day, the order would be cancelled. Shortly after, the courier messaged stating they could confirm delivery only at a later date.
Retravision failed to take ownership of their courier's repeated delivery breakdowns. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. The only positive note was that RetraVision was quick to confirm the order cancellation.
Disappointed that the item I was sold was not the item that I had chosen from the displayed shelf items and then purchased the incorrect batteries for the item I was sold which were the incorrect size. When I went back to the store to sort out the mistake the person who had served me originally instead of helping me directed someone else who had no knowledge of the original interactions. they were talking only to discover that there had been another order with a builder and they had given my order to the builder. They then tried to offer a display model which I rejected. I asked the person who had been trying to find the cooktop what compensation was I going to get for this and he said I am getting a new one for you. The following week I spoke with the sales person Jake and he ended up getting me some money back. I will never shop there again the bunbury store is incompetent and there are issues with other people I know also having bad experiences. Plus most times no staff to help or they don't know what there doing. Beware of shopping here
