Competitive pricing quality products and prompt delivery – Ordered Fienza 750×700 brushed Nickel heated towel ladders on the 13th , arrived on the 20th (Syd -Can). Shipment arrived to our address (we had to contact them because we made a mistake!), undamaged and the items look great. Looking forward to installation. price and quicker shipping and the reviews have been great too. And it did come in one week (less if I don't count the weekend). One positive impression as I received the package was the packaging. It was packaged securely and neatly so that everything inside was as mint as it could be. Getstuff has everything ticked for peace of mind for online purchases.

This is the only place to go if you need to Get Stuff – I am in Victoria, but nearly always buy my plumbing products from Get Stuff. their supplier, and getting back to me. They have been much easier to deal with than a few of the major plumbing suppliers in Victoria who tend to look down on you if you are not in the trade. Great prices, great team, great products. The only place to shop if you need to get stuff.

Follow-up · Upon opening the pack, I was disappointed at how thin and light the poles are. They’re not like older racks with solidly made poles. They also spin noisily when removing a towel. The end pieces feel solid enough and the rack was easy to install.
Great product could not source from manufacturer – Very pleased with product but feel it was expensive and freight very expensive and delay in delivery from a stock item excessive

The particular item (Universal pop-up plug) I purchased was $19 cheaper than the local retail plumbing store. Online ordering was easy, delivery cost was very reasonable, and delivery time was good. I would definitely use Getstuff again.

It was late Thursday afternoon before the long Easter weekend and a tradie contacted me he would be at my house Tuesday-Wednesday for repairs. I telephoned Getstuff. Unlike other places, they answered! The item was in stock. It arrived Wednesday 8 am! So efficient, so reliable. The best place to use throughout my bathroom renovation. It is the go-to business. Highly recommend.
