We recently transported our car from Melbourne to Brisbane. We found the service from our initial contact right through to picking up the car excellent. My wife and daughters dropped the car off at the Laverton Depot and found the staff very friendly and helpful. I picked the car up from the Brisbane depot. This has been my experience with Car Transport Express 1. Photos were taken in Perth by the dealer inside and out the car and including going onto the trailer in Perth. 2. pit. (See photos) 4. Drove home and washed my very dirty EV6 to be relieved that I could only find 3 small dents. 5. Somewhere between loading the car in Perth and me picking it up in Brisbane a bottle of polish went missing. I’d had the car ceramically treated in Perth. Although it was a 24 model it was brand new with only 33 kilometres on the clock. The polish was complementary and was left in the centre console. (See photos) 6. Wrote a detailed complaint to Car Transport express and after contacting them a couple of times I was finally rang back with their findings. (See below) A. Although I had photographic evidence of the polish being in the car I couldn’t prove it. B. If the car was damaged while in the holding yard and not through driver negligence it’s not covered so who knows where it happened. C. They would only accept photos of damage taken from 1.5m distance. Anyone who has tried to photograph damage from 1.5m knows that it is very difficult to show light damage. A small video of the damaged sections that I offered where you could actually see the damage would not be accepted. 7. My recommendation is don’t use these guys as they come the “prove it” stance knowing that although it’s glaringly obvious it would be impossible to prove. The lack of care in the holding yards is indicative of the care taken on the cars whole journey.

In contrast, when I previously moved from Sydney to Perth, I used a different company and encountered significant issues, which left me quite anxious. month later than promised it was immediately noted to be damaged.
Car Transport Express state on their website “ We care passionately about our professional reputation as the safe, secure and trustworthy way to transport your vehicle interstate, and that means we care passionately about your car.” It does not say the you they actually pass this responsibility to Dazmac a third party and have nothing to do with the transport of the vehicle. The car arrived with 7 new dings in the paintwork that were NOT identified in the pre transport inspection, despite their assertion that “ We conduct meticulous vehicle-condition reports when you leave your car with us, and again when it's returned to you.”. All the dings were identified within 5 minutes of pickup at the Dazmac facility and one was even noted by their employee to be new since offloading the car from the boat. Despite this and after two months and multiple emails with Car Transport Express deferring responsibility to Dazmac, they have completely denied responsibility. They state the dents are visible in their photos but provide no evidence of this despite me providing evidence in video on the day the car was picked up, that the dents were not there. This company clearly takes no special care if the vehicle, diverts responsibility to Dazmac and care little for customer service. Avoid them at all costs or use them and accept your car mar turn up damaged and you have no recourse.
Follow-up · In response to questions posed, the quote and amount paid was around $1700. Insurance was paid on the transport but they still refused to cover damage that their own representative acknowledged was not identified on their own original inspection at pickup. No options offered. Would definitely not use this company again nor recommend to others.

Ford muscle cars after being hidden away in a shed in the NT for over 13 years. CEVA, the company contracted by Australia Wide Car Transport Express to transport my treasured vehicle to WA treated my car like they owned it and even put it on their trailer hidden behind their signage and with the upper deck ramp lowered down behind it not only concealing the car but making it impossible to steal it as well. Incredible service all round! I cannot thank you all enough for everything you done for me with getting my much loved GT safely to my home in WA. I give your company and CEVA the highest recommendation possible for your invaluable personal service. Thank you so very much. Delivery took longer than expected but they damaged my vehicle in transit and there was zero accountability for that. Car was in perfect condition when it left but arrived with a windscreen so damaged it needed to be replaced. Electrical damages so severe the car was not drivable. It cost me thousands to repair! company provided conflicting information about its location. At one point, staff admitted they didn't even have access to the vehicle's movements.
Missed Deadlines: My car was estimated for delivery between March 6th–11th. I was only notified of a delay on the 9th, with no detailed explanation provided despite my requests.
Unprofessional Staff: When I spoke with a representative (Danielle) to express my frustration over my property I paid for ($ ** 000) and the service, she literally laughed and told me I hadn't paid that money to her company. To treat a client’s property with such dismissive levity is staggering.
Their website claims to "line up all the ducks" for on-time delivery, but in reality, they leave customers in the dark. If you value your time, your money, or your vehicle, look elsewhere.

Logistics to transfer the vehicle as non drive able. It seemed to me that Ceva take no care with the vehicles and after damaging them charge for the experience. Fortunately the mechanic I engaged was able to repair the damage done. I'm not aware of the link between Australia Wide TExpress and Ceva .

Terrible! If you need your car delivered, try another company! This one does not book your car delivery for the estimated dates you selected at the time of booking. I booked through Car Transport Express the 2-5 day estimated delivery of my car and immediately after I dropped off my car I got an email stating they had put the car on an estimated 10 day arrival with Prix Car. And I was left with no choice but to go along with that and wait (and pay for extra accomodation). When questioned they resorted to their fine print stating 'delays can occur at any time' ... failing to acknowledge this wasn't a delay that occurred during transit, it was a failed service from the start they were never aiming for 2-5 days, the service I booked! Refusal to acknowledge, terrible customer service no apology. Just an other big company doing whatever it wants, not delivering what they promise, and attempting to make the fine-print relevant to this case and excuse the failed service!
