they said they can’t do anything and to contact Shippit as they have no contract with me , while my item is sitting in their depot !! And of course Shippit has no phone number to contact them! So here I am, paid 1800 for a.l product, 488 for delivery and cursing the time I decided to purchase this item from Koala living , who has been completely silent!!!

absolutely awful service. three times now the delivery driver has marked the package as undeliverable giving the reason of "he left it at the warehouse". this is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. this was an urgent delivery. when i questioned the delivery driver through the tracking page, he stated "you messed up". i am disgusted by this company Show details

collect package. We then receive an email advising if we don’t pick it up in 2 weeks it will be returned to the supplier. On this occasion we are travelling and won’t be home before this date. We have people staying in our house but they don’t have my ID. Every other delivery’s company is happy leaving item in safe place. Not Shippit!

despite several more messages sent requesting an update, I have heard nothing. Customer service is non-existent. If I knew a company used Shippit as part of their courier chain, I would shop elsewhere, even if it cost more.

never communicated to me at the time of purchase, despite paying over $300 for the product and delivery service.

In addition, there were issues locating the correct address, which further delayed the delivery. The situation was handled very poorly, and the driver’s attitude was completely unprofessional.

What concerns me most is the driver’s conduct and comments. At one point, he made an alarming and inappropriate remark implying that he felt unsafe and accused me of intending to harm him and r#pe him. This accusation is completely baseless, offensive, and unacceptable. Such behaviour should never occur in a professional delivery service.

I would like to ask: what if I were elderly or required assistance? Is this the level of service Fantastic Furniture considers acceptable?

This experience has left me extremely disappointed and uncomfortable. Due to this incident, I have lost confidence in ordering online from Fantastic Furniture.

I request that this matter be investigated seriously and that I receive a formal response explaining how this situation will be addressed to prevent it from happening again.

afternoon. The item arrived very promptly, and when expected. The product's manufacturer's packaging that the item came in had a small tear through its outer layer of cardboard that barely left an indentation through the inner layer. That could have been caused by the: company that made the box, transporter of the box to the manufacturer, manufacturer in the U.S.A., transport company who delivered the product to Australia, retailer, or during the shipping from Canberra to Melbourne. I believe that an item that had been packed by the manufacturer in the standard sensible manner would not be damaged by this fact, and that was the case for the delivered product. I was very happy with the condition of the contents, the helpfulness of the delivery company, and the prompt nature of the delivery.
