Self service instructions were not great and a bit confusing at the service station, but what’s worse was the car trailer wasn’t wide enough to load a normal 4wd onto - the tyres/rims wouldn’t fit into the tray without damaging both, so ended up not even being able to use the trailer, and there was no refund option. Hired a car trailer that clearly hasn't had any maintenance done to it, had a wheel bearing collapse on the first day of the hire, ended up having rush in a knew hub and bearings at 8pm, got spare bearings for backup and ended up having to replace another set of bearings the next day,

my furnitures. He said no I wouldn’t worry about the rain I would more worry about the dust:/ anyway he didn’t have any other and I had to take that one. The road took me 7 days to get to Busselton in Perth. When I arrived the bottom of my bed and my couch was wet and the rest was full of dust. Do not risk your life and others life . 100% of their equipment are not road worthy and won't matter what happens to you they only care about their own vessel not your life or your belongings. Their equipment show no sign of being serviced property , braks or wheel bearings can fail at any time and put every one's life at risk , their mechanic… Read more
or investigation team denies the fault on the equipment that you have noticed even if you are a AIS offcer yourself for 20 years .
If anything goes wrong with their equipment they will not hold any responsibility or liability towards your damaged belongings and they will try their best not to supply you the same type equipment even if you are stuck in the middle of nowhere. An absolute fraud.
My best advice is that , do not waste your money and do not hire a equipment from this company at all .
Booking process takes ages, asks you the same thing several times. Even asks if you've hired before and just doesn't use those details. Touch screen not very accurate or fast. Trailer not in good condition, had to do up all the bolts on the hitch. Missing R clip so just had to find something in the boot. If I hadn't caught the loose bolts I would have been in trouble. Booking process was great but the trailer was barely roadworthy. Tandem car carrier spare wheel was flat and wheel on one of the duals was wrong size and spun freely without touching the road. Handbrake did not work at all.

Trailers I have hired have worked well, process is simple online and for the pickup. I did have one issue where a trailer wasnt returned ontime by another renter, not their fault, the Staff I rang were super helpful- found another trailer close by and gave me a credit to cover inconvenience. These Guys are my goto and the best I've hire from over the years.

Trailer was damaged and not roadworthy when I collected it. Serious structural damage to cage and no jockey wheel handle present at all. Would not have been possible to remove spare wheel due to deformed cage, luckily I didn't get a flat tyre so didn't need to. Had to use an excavator and sling to lift and unhitch loaded trailer due to no jockey… Read more

Very disappointing, winch cable was broken on this one and the other trailer that was there,all tyres were down to 22psi,so had to pump them all up,brakes needed to be adjusted, the trailer has had more hits then Elvis, paid $175 for a car trailer in such poor condition it should be at the tip. On 15/08/26 I was unable to book a car transporter trailer locally, but there was one available an hour away at Aratula. I booked the trailer at their kiosk at 11.22. The staff had to replace the paper roll in the machine and couldn't find any 'D'… Read more · 2
shackles, consequently, I didn't get away until 12.00. I then had to go to a motor factor to buy 2 shackles. During the towing job, it was obvious that the overrun brakes didn't work - after a steep descent the drums weren't even warm! On the journey to return the trailer to Aratula, a belt failed on my ute. I notified U Haul that I would be late and was able to make a repair, but I was late returning the trailer - by the time I parked up and accessed the kiosk, the late return was recorded as 2hours and 9 minutes. My credit card was charged $125 for this. So, quite a stressful 24-hour hire with sloppy service at Aratula, no shackles and defective brakes on the trailer plus an extra $125!!! On the plus side, I survived the descent down Cunninghams gap with no trailer braking and the help line operator was very efficient.
Follow-up · I feel better about the company as they obviously read my poor review and made amends by refunding the late return charge and undertaking to repair the trailer.

Car trailer hire was super easy to book pickup and return have hired before and will continue too only thing was the tyres were a bit low on air so I had to pump those up especially after loading a car on it only negitive I can say is I wish you could pay cash sometimes for the hire not on your card as sometimes no cash on the card Show details

3rd time in a year I've hired a car trailer and had to fix the brakes. This time the brake cable was so loose that the brakes wouldn't ever apply. Luckily i carry tools and adjusted them to function. 2 tires had large sidewall gouges down to the reinforcing. D-shackles supplied weren't rated nor legal, no stamping at all. I hired a car trailer and towed it 300km away only to find that the ramps were cracked and I did not trust them to load a vehicle at this point I decided to take a closer inspection of the rest of the trailer to find I wouldn't trust the floor to hold the wait and both axles were bent and none of the tyres were roadworthy so it was a waste of time… Read more

Hired a car Trailer to do a one-way trip from perth to Kalgoorlie, we got 80 km out of perth and we found that the brakes were adjusted too tightly when the Trailer had a load. we removed the vehicle and proceeded to Meckering which is 100 km out of perth to a U-Haul service station we asked to leave the Trailer there as it was not fit for purpose… Read more

They told us if we left it there we would incur a $2000 relocation fee so we had no option than to take the Trailer all the way to Kalgoorlie another 400 km empty while my wife drove the second vehicle behind. altogether a very un satisfactory outcome would not recommend this company.

That was over 1200klm away! Which was ridiculous! I was angry and upset so yeah I lost my shit as it was absolutely ridiculous, she then started swearing at me as well which shocked me as she was not handling herself in a professional manner and then hung up on me, she was still insisting that I had to turn the car around and drop it off at Kalgoorlie to get another trailer!
