Only supplied 1 D shackle to connect trailer chains to the car and had to use a key lock as the other shackle. Was not shown how to use anything, or checked for damage. Shackle was incorrectly load rated and under capacity for the trailer. No spare tyre supplied either. Show details

Fairly straightforward forward process to book and pickup a hire trailer. The car trailers are well maintained, solid and tow well. Ramps and winch work as they should. small wood blocks in front of the ramps to avoid scraping the bumpers. That's not a fault of the trailer but your fault for having a cool car.

Easy to hire, customer service was great...trailer was in tip top condition, no issues..... Hired to for 2 days to clear out downsizing rubbish and stuff, but finished it in 1 1/2 days, so was very happy to return the trailer early.... Booking process was very simple and easy with the QR code. I hired it from one location and just 2 days before pick up i needed to hire it earlier, i made a phone call and the person was able to extend my hire without any issues. This hire was a little bit more expensive than others but totally worth it Nice and convenient easy no Hastle pick up and drop off Perfect trailer for carrying a car. the people to hire it from I first drove past OTR and saw trailers so I googled OTR trailer hire but there's no such thing I then rang to book one and that's not possible because it's run by move yourself and not OTR I soon learnt I need to book it online through move yourself.

no others available. They wanted to cancel booking but I HAD to have a trailer that day. 2 hours later they allowed me to take exact same trailer type parked next to the one I couldn’t unlock. Plus, although pickup time was delayed several hours, dropoff time was not changed. Also, I don’t recommend heavy tailgate style- caused concussion & other very painful injuries.
Follow-up · Follow up comments…The steel tailgate fell on my head because the large spring mechanism at the back of the trailer was broken which made it impossible to ease the tailgate down slowly . The larger trailer was NOT not what I needed & increased fuel consumption HUGELY. There was no refund or other feedback from the company. It’s been >5 weeks since it hit my head & I still get a strong headache every day.

Follow-up · Easy as in book online, scan code once at pick up location and then attendant gives keys. Time starts from booking in, you do need to be internet savvy. Booked Ute twice, haven’t used trailers.

It was a easy process picking up and dropping off the trailer i hired. My only criticism would be that I could only hire it for a minimum of 4hrs, when I only needed it for a hour and a half tops..

The inside of the horse float still had old manure and food pellets on the floor from the last person. bend. The ordering, pickup and drop off process was super easy, and the float tows well. The customer service was good. The float was adequate for what I needed, a simple short pick up and drop off of a horse. And the location is perfect - lots of space to access and drop off again.

NONE of the car carrier lights worked. My SUV picked this up immediately as a bulb out issue. Either cable was shot or all bulbs blown. Bad maintenance. Don’t have time to troubleshoot other people’s problems. WON’T use again.

The staff at BP Sale were helpful and courteous however processes did not run smoothly as there was some sort of systems confusion re fleet number and matching key sets etcetera causing delay & concern re required trailer availability for an appointed time pickup in Mornington

The trailer was great and matched the description. However the padlock was broken when I picked it up, and there was no obvious was to report existing damage on the website or through the hire link. I informed the petrol station staff, took a photo and rang the Move Yourself line. I selected the option to be called back, but they never rang. Attached is the pre damaged padlock. The trailer (26) did not have a spare wheel / tyre. It had a bracket for the spare but no spare attached. This is a problem for me as the hirer of the trailer. I request a part refund for the lack of a spare. Show 2 replies
