there is less cleaning up in the kitchen. I am happy to pay the reasonable price, and there is free delivery on orders over $175. Just pack extras in your freezer for later.

We ordered 3 weeks ago and have constantly been told the order could not be delivered. We have requested a refund and we have not been provided with one. We are going into week 4 now, with no order and no outcome. This has to be the WORST meal prep company we have dealt with and we do not recommend using this company at all Show details

impressed! Everything was packaged incredibly well, with plenty of ice packs to keep the meals perfectly cold.
I’ve now tried several of their meals, shakes, bran muffins, and cereal bowls, and every single one has been delicious. The meals are filling, full of flavour, and honestly taste like someone has cooked a home-cooked meal just for me.
I run a family day care, so I work extremely long days—often 12 to 13 hours. By the time the children go home, I’m exhausted, and the last thing I feel like doing is cooking dinner. Having these meals ready to go has been such a blessing. I know I’m eating something healthy, delicious, and satisfying without any extra effort at the end of a busy day.
Another bonus is that the children see me eating healthy at lunchtime, which often starts some wonderful conversations about healthy food and making good choices. It’s a lovely way to model healthy eating while enjoying a meal I genuinely look forward to.
For breakfast, I love having one of their shakes, a bran muffin, or a cereal bowl. I always have fresh fruit at home, so for me it’s the perfect combination. I order enough to cover my breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, which has made life so much easier.
I’ve tried quite a few meal prep companies over the years, and while the prices are all fairly similar, the quality of the food hasn’t been. With Bondi Meal Prep, the meat is generous and actually tastes like proper meat—not paper-thin slices that leave you wondering where it went! Even the vegetables are full of flavour, which isn’t something I’ve found with other companies.
I’m so impressed that I’ve already placed another order.

Bondi Meal Prep – Keto Meals Review I ordered 5 meals from the Keto range after reviewing the Bondi Meal Prep website and customer feedback. delivery window of 12am–7am. At 6:30am there was no delivery, and the meals had still not arrived when I left at 9:30am, despite receiving a text stating delivery had occurred at 11:00pm the night before. The package was at my home on my arrival home at 6:30pm that day. I do not consider a delivery arriving 2.5 plus hours outside a 7-hour window, combined with incorrect notification, to be acceptable.
Additionally, one meal arrived with a broken seal and leaking contents.
Order Accuracy After freezing the meals, I later discovered that only 1 of the 5 meals was actually keto. The remaining 4 meals contained approximately 24g+ carbs each. This is a significant error given the order was specifically placed from the keto range.
Food Quality & Macros The single keto meal (labelled 2.7g carbs) was reheated from frozen following the provided instructions. The result was: Very tough steak Soggy vegetables (beans, zucchini, broccoli) Poor overall texture and presentation
More concerning, the portion of green beans alone contained in excess of the stated total carbs, which raises doubts about the accuracy of the nutritional macro information.
The microwave instructions were also inefficient and did not produce an acceptable result.
Resolution To their credit, Bondi Meal Prep responded promptly at each stage: Apologised for delivery and packaging issues Offered a $30 credit for the damaged meal Arranged replacement meals for the incorrect order, which was rejected Provided a full refund (including delivery) upon request The refund was processed promptly.
To sum up: My review is based specifically on freezing and reheating the meals, which the company confirmed was suitable. However, based on my experience: Delivery reliability was poor Packaging integrity failed Order accuracy was unacceptable Food quality after freezing was very poor Macro accuracy is questionable
I do not believe sufficient testing has been done to support claims that these meals freeze and reheat well.
Given the number and seriousness of these issues, and the time required to resolve them, I would not order from Bondi Meal Prep again.

I’ve been looking for a meal delivery service to tick all these boxes of nutritional, affordable, quality and for me gluten free, tastes good and BMP have exceeded all my expectations so much so every week since my first box I’ve increased my order as both myself and my family are eating the meals. cooked and the pesto sauce was a surprising but perfect pairing. I literally LICKED the tray clean. Also absolutely loved the protein blueberry pancakes which come with a smooth creamy yoghurt. Just delicious for breakky after a workout. I felt deeply nourished after eating that. The cheeseburger bowl is inspired keto, people, and the flavour is robust. Can’t wait to order again. Fresh, grass-fed, and best of all, TASTY, this food is a no-brainer!

Hi, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the handling of my missing delivery. The package was left on a small wall directly beside a public walking path and close to the street. This was not a safe or secure location. The driver only needed to walk approximately five metres further to leave the package at our front door,… Read more
which is where they usually place the delivery. As a direct result of the driver’s decision to leave the package in an exposed and inappropriate location, the delivery was taken. We have now lost our entire weekly food budget and have no meals for the week. We did not select or engage the delivery company. Bondi Meal Prep arranged the delivery and therefore remains responsible for ensuring that our order is delivered safely and securely. It is not reasonable for us to carry the financial loss caused by the actions of your delivery provider. I am also concerned that this may not be an isolated incident and that other customers may have experienced similar issues where deliveries were left in unsafe or publicly accessible locations. I expect Bondi Meal Prep to take ownership of this matter, escalate it directly with the delivery company and provide either a full replacement of the order or a full refund. Majority of home meal deliveries are hit and miss but Bondi Meal Prep was a miss with a capital M. Meat was invariably tough and the roast lamb with baked potatoes was lamentable. Did an order and they sent completely different meals to what we actually ordered. Sent emails and contacted on social media and they've just ignored us. Been over a week now and still no response.

Yum! The meals are delicious and I love that they’re delivered fresh. I’ve tried a lot of meal delivery services and these are one of the only companies I’ve reordered from. Customer service has also been excellent/prompt in my experience.
I have been thoroughly enjoying these meals over the past year. The only negative I'd say is that the sauces that are part of the meals are not separated and are often left in the meals, which I'd prefer to be separate. Besides that, I love it.

Customer service are hopeless - they needed prompting twice to respond to a request to amend the contents of my recurring order, and then proceeded to send the recurring order to an address in a different state, despite having a record of the address that the previous week’s order had been sent to, being the address that I had entered when… Read more
submitting the recurring order and which was the confirmed shipping address for my order. As a result of their incompetence, my order was shipped to a random person in a different state. As for the food itself, there is a significant variance in meal quality and inaccurate macro information - the chicken pasta which was advertised as having over 50g of protein contained only 2 spoonfuls of chicken mince. You’d have to be stupid to believe their macro estimates. Nowhere near worth the $172 each week spent.

We have tried quite a few of these meal prep companies in this price range. Bondi meal prep definitely stands out on quality and taste...and nutrition. has that fake processed taste. Really REALLY high quality proteins - not processed meats, juicy grass fed beef, sustainable fish (not gross tassie salmon), free range chicken. Almost all meals are gluten free. Keto options mean I get plenty of veg as a side. Meals come fresh enough to last a full week. A decent range of fish options if you are pescatarian (I think there is 8?) Nutritious carb options - brown rice, black rice, potatoes, sweet potato, soba noodles. All meals are really high in protein and veg is a decent serving (not just a garnish). Really responsive whenever I have had to email them about anything. They seem like a great local small business.
Cons: (I am really digging to find some cons so this is more of a wishlist) No real vego options (I wish they did a tofu main or two with quality fresh tofu - I bet BMP would kill it!). Don't know how super accurate the macros are - for a couple of the dishes the rice seemed to be more than what was stated on the ingredients. (But I guess that's just another sign that this is real food put together by human hands) Wish there were some salads I could use as wrap filling for lunches. Delivery windows are quite broad so its a hard to plan for arrival - but not a deal breaker because they have tons of ice packs in the box. Other companies (such as activate foods) use more sustainable packaging options.
Bondi Meal Prep changed my perception of ready meals. The quality of the ingredients and the homemade taste not only make my day-to-day life easier but also help me eat better. Totally worth it. Show details
