Cash Train

I felt highly unsafe with Cash Train, they are a very dangerous organisation. They were chasing me for a loan. I did infact feel unsafe when they called, which it's never been like this before as I've had tons of calls before.

days to get $500 dollars demanding answers to bank accounts. I rejected the loan but it was too late. They had every bit of my information WARNING. PLEASE DO STAY AWAY FROM THEM

They finally apprpved and helped me. My credit is very bad but Cash Train helped with my rental bond loan. NOw I can move to my new apartment and start life all over again!

I am a good costumer but get screwed around every time i apply, when i need the loan i dont get it until i no longer need it, then am stuck paying for it, which would be fine if i got it when i needed it but i never do only when i dont need it. Nonsense i do not recommend at all.

Absolutely the worst company I’ve dealt with. After providing every document they requested, I’ve been stuck going back and forth with the same repetitive emails. It’s been over two weeks and still no clear answer or progress. Extremely frustrating, poor communication, and a complete waste of time. Would not recommend.

Processing time is ridiculous and they're not in any rush at all, I had to wait for over a week. The least they could've done was to process the application before the weekend, so I cancelled the application on the very next Monday!

Straight forward application and quick assessment and response. friendly and so far have not experienced any extra costs that are not stipulated in the contract. I am satisfied with the rate I received this loan for. Although I am paying back more than I borrowed, it's a given. I am ok with it because I am willing to pay the extra to get what I need at the time.

Will be lodging a formal AFCA complaint against this company for fraudulent behaviour They request the same information time and time again - ignore the customer Waste your time and send you in circles only to go back to the same emails about "Need X or Y"

Do not waste your time with them - heaps of better options out there who actually are quicker - more helpful.

information and it said my application was under review. It is now 30/12 and they have not even bothered to reply to me. Absolute waste of time and asked for a heap of personal information and then just ignored me. Will be lodging a complaint with AFCA

Applied for a short team loan for $200. Got rejected but no reason given. They make all these claims and then say no. Beware of them. They have access to personal information and now I don't know what they will do with it. This company is a total SCAM and should not be in business. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM.

It is supposed to be an online application and a quick result. So far four days later I haven't had a result and numerous phone calls to explaining I only have one bank account. Terrible service not what is explained on the site.

Great to deal with simple loan terms best company to use. excellent quick easy aplication money in under 30 mins.

On the website will say “quick approval” Took 4 days to get back to you. Waste of time, don’t recommend.

Question is can I top up if I got a loan already ? No you can not get a top up if you owe already for a loan in place with cash train. As far as I know I couldn’t and I’ve had to pay out the loan first and wait for the loan to settle and clear then reapply after that.

Times are Tough – It's not easy for what time persists when applying for a loan in fact it can be damaging with a job or no job. Loans – I have used Cash Train Bendigo Branch on numerous occasions..and I have always found the staff to be friendly, courteous, professional..I have not had any problems with the loan payments..no hidden costs etc..and it has always been deposited into my account without fuss or delay...I am extremely satisfied with them and will always deal with them...

Worst experience – Rude and false advertising doesn't give people a chance as they claim and was informed by bank that I overpaid my loan and they won't fix it or accept

Not happy with Timing – False advertising on how long it takes to review and get your loan

TRASH. worse than pulling teeth – 5 days of waiting to be told to check emails for application updates that never arrived. 20 minute plus wait time in queues to be hung up on. this happened 4 times over the course of the final 2 days (3 of those times were in a row on the last day) so yeah, 60 mins of crap hold music for nothing.
