Just like to say . I had the pleasure of meeting Dean and Sam today that installed my mother’s new lift. They were both extremely diligent and professional and did an amazing job with a smile on their face and extremely respectful to my mother and kind. meanwhile Mathew was packing up all tools etc, our house was left in a clean state. It was a pleasure to watch these young people work and not use or look at their phones for the 5 hrs they were here (a very rare sight in today's world). The Compact Lifts should be very grateful that they have tradesmen of this quality and yes the lift works fine.

Dan and Dean did an excellent job. They were extremely helpful and explained everything =ery well. They were clean in their work and very pleasant to deal with. I would high recommend them for any work. Thank you.

My parents live in Western Sydney and had a 2 month delay between getting the roof hole cut out and the lift actually being fitted! This is when they said it would be installed within 1 week. The supervisor 'James' was terrible. NO communication and wrong communication e.g emailing to say what date they will install the lift and nobody showing up… Read more

that day they emailed! A lot of chasing up to find out when the lift would be installed until 1 angry phone call by me made it magically happen that week! The tradies who installed the lift were lovely and professional and very tidy. Just the delays in getting it done and complete lack of communication or care despite multiple enquiries made.

STAY AWAY!!! Don't waste your money. Lift installed in May 2025 and already broke down twice in 3 months with my elderly mother inside. Their '24 hour emergency service' is essentially an answering service and nobody will attend site to fix until office opens on Monday and then you have to wait days for them to repair it. I regret ever dealing with Compact Lifts. If there was a minus star, that would be my rating.

dont walk RUN FROM COMPACT LIFTS – DO NOT BUY THIS HOME LIFT. WORKS GREAT FOR THE FIRST 12 months, then things start to fail. what is worse is that when it is broken down they will not fix it within 24 hours! instead of employing more people to be efficient they do not! pick a lift company who is close by, this is not worth itl

I highly recommend Compact Home Lifts. They are easy to deal with and the product is exceptional. My Family had a lift installed and the process was so easy. We had Jayden and Harley install it and the whole team was great.

Dan and Dean were really great and explained everything thoroughly.

We are planning to build a new 45.5 sq, 2 storey home and getting on in years, so a lift between floors would suit. Went to visit Compact Home Lifts in their Rosebery, Sydney, Office and was greeted by Sahara Aboujibal. Sahara was most friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. finalise our house plans with our builders and, once finalise, would get back to Sahara for her to check if all is ok accomodating the lift in the provision in the house plans between ground and first floors. Had some delays since, including changing style of preferred house, but Sahara was very courteous and professional and would keep in contact regularly checking on our progress. Now near to finalising Tender and final house plans so we will definitely be getting back to Sahara/ Compact Home Lifts to re-confirm the build would accomodate the Elegance Plus model.

Thanks to Radhieka for organizing the process, we are very pleased with the result.

Dan and Dean are two lovely young men and did a wonderful job. I would recommend to anybody.

From Ian the product representative, to the office keeping in touch, to Leigh, the builder, who did a brilliant job re preparation of the space and David and Jayden the superb installation team Compact Home Lifts have done a marvellous job.

Really happy with the product, The installer Luke did a fantastic job, was always on time, kept a clean job site and was always pleasant. Would definitely recommend Compact lifts and the team.
