ALL THEIR DOMAINS AND SELLERS but somehow they still come inmy inbox. They stopped for 3 months now they are back. I keep reporting them but no one DOES ANYTHING. This only started January 2024 and I never got any such email last year and before but this year I am SICK OF THESE MARKETING EMAILS.

years. I was thrilled to wake to no headache, no neck pain and a surprising bonus. Twenty-six years ago I was rear-ended twice in one year, sustaining severe whiplash injuries and chronic back pain that no amount of physio, chiropractic or massage therapy could ever dissipate. That was my surprising bonus benefit of my Derila pillow. It's been about two months since the pillow arrived and my low back pain which disappeared after that first night has never returned. WHATSOEVER (TRUSTPILOT HAS MULTIPLE FIVE STAR RECENT REVIEWS). THE ONLINE ORDER PROCESS WAS SIMPLE. I ORDERED ONE PILLOW FOR $91 AND $14 POSTAGE AUD AND THAT IS WHAT I WAS CHARGED. (I had accidentally ordered two pillows however, before I bought the product, I was easily able to change the order to one pillow before confirming and finalizing the purchase). I WAS SENT AN ORDER CONFIRMATION AND INVOICE VIA EMAIL THEN I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT WITHIN A WEEK. I DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO WRITE A REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE SO I CONTACTED THEM VIA EMAIL TO ASK HOW AND THEY ANSWERED ME STRAIGHT AWAY. I HAVE NOT BEEN BOMBARDED WITH SPAM EMAILS. I JUST HAD ONE PHONE CALL ASKING IF I WANTED TO BUY THE PILLOWCASE TO WHICH I REPLIED NO AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. I bought the ‘neck support (butterfly shaped) pillow’. I have previously bought three other different ergonomic pillows, spending over $400 from other companies all claiming to be comfortable and to help Sleep Apnea, but they did not perform as they claimed to. However the Derila Neck Support (butterfly shaped) pillow is by far the most superior and comfortable pillow I have ever owned, as it not only keeps my head leaning back and my throat and neck straight for my Sleep Apnea, but it gives extra support for my painful Spondylitis in my neck where I have had a disc removed and artificially replaced, with a metal plate and screws inserted. This pillow is especially comfortable for my neck because the pillow has a sloped indentation for my neck at the very middle of the front as well as an indentation in the middle of the top of the pillow, which nestles my head comfortably. Although I have had to put another pillow underneath it for extra height to give me better personal comfort. The memory foam is extremely comfortable - not too hard and not too soft. It’s just right. The cleverly designed butterfly shape also supports my shoulders and stops them aching because of the extra shoulder supports at the sides of the pillow. This is the only pillow that I also don’t wake up with back pain from my Spinal Stenosis and Arthritis from sleeping in my preferred position, which is on my back. It really is the most amazing pillow that I have ever slept on. I sleep much more solidly now, I sleep for longer, with much less disturbance, a lot less pain and feel 100% better each morning. I really look forward to my afternoon naps as well now. I really can’t praise this pillow design enough and the best thing is this pillow was cheaper than the other three pillows I purchased!!! Delivery took just over a week. My only complaint is that all the other ergonomic pillows I have bought came with a removable washable cover. This pillow doesn’t have a removable washable cover and is an additional $31 AUD for the pillowcase which is a bit expensive considering the pillow itself is only priced at $91 plus $14 postage - I think the pillowcase should come with the pillow or at least be more reasonably priced. I did not buy the pillowcase as I first wanted to see if an ordinary standard pillowcase fit the pillow and it fits just fine.

the order, making it abundantly clear that I did not want the goods shipped. What did they do? Ignored my cancellation request entirely, went ahead and dispatched the order, and then had the audacity to tell PayPal that the goods were delivered and they had therefore received their payment—as if everything was fine. I’ve been repeatedly requesting a refund, and they’ve done nothing but ignore me ever since. No accountability, no apology, no customer service. Just automated emails and deliberate evasion. This company has violated basic consumer rights, acted unethically, and shown complete disregard for fair trading and communication. They seem to rely on stalling tactics and deception to avoid refunding customers. Do not trust them. Do not buy from them. Save yourself the frustration and money—there are far better, honest companies out there.

My new Derila Ergo Pillow has totally changed my sleeping patterns. I wish I saw this sight before I ordered the pillow. Not only did they try and charge me for 2 pillows, I still have not received my pillow and say they cannot give a refund. They give out a tracking number which does not even tell you where the product is - just says late. I am now going to Ombudsman and my credit provider to get my money back. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY

Very difficult to get the pillow slip on and impossible to return it due to it’s size.

I bought this for neck pain relief and it did absolutely no good at all.

When I purchased my pillows I was sceptical about all the benefits. I have severe sleep apnea and even with my cpap device I get about six hours sleep. So I figured I"ll give it a go. to 6 . I looked at my score and it was 1 couldn't believe it. Since than it hasn't gone over 3. 1-5 is normal . Without my cpap it was 40 apneas an hour, I had stopped breathing approx 20 minutes an hour. Since using my Derila pillow I feel way better and so does my neck. I gave one to my wife and she loves it as much as I do. I' been telling my friends and family to give it a go. I bought a few extra covers to keep it nice and clean. Ive tried latex pillows, memory foam and feather pillows and this is by far the best pillow I have tried. I will be purchasing more in the future as I want to always have this experience of actually waking up refreshed. So give it a go you wont be dissapointed.

The pillow really does have an odd shape but wow does it work I find that as soon as i lie on the pillow i tend not to move and mostly fall asleep in minutes no pummeling or pushing into shape just comfort. Highly reccomended Show reply

night. These are things that I have not done for years. Washing the pillowslip, washing and drying are no problem at all. Replacing onto pillow is very easy. I also find that of a morning I feel very refreshed because of the wonderful sleep I am getting.would recommend to anyone.

It took awhile for me to get used to this pillow as it kind of locks you head in the correct spot. It also leaves space for your arms as a side sleeper. But since then I have not looked back with plenty of great uninterrupted sleep. Show reply

I have ways had a lot of neck pain, this pillow is amazing. I sleep so well, no pain upon awakening. I would so recommend it, worth the investment. I wish now there would be a travel size, possibly an inflate/deflate. I just can’t sleep without it. Show reply
