Bali a couple of years ago and the bed was so exquisite I had to pull the sheets off to see what we were sleeping on. Ever since then I knew we had to have one. While it's only been less than a week, I hope it doesn't sag in time. Will rotate every sheet change and return to update over time. So impressed so far! I ordered on 9 June, living roughly 5km from the Sydney CBD, expecting the fast delivery the website advertises. The mattress instead sat in the courier's (Hunter Express) Sydney depot for days with no committed delivery date. I was told my only option was to monitor an online tracker each morning for a three-hour window to see whether a driver might scan it out - not what I'd expect for a $1,700 purchase. After more than a week and a final missed window, I cancelled on 26 June and requested a refund.

To be fair where it's due: every Sleep Republic team member I dealt with by chat, email, and phone was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The problem isn't the people - it's the logistics partner, which is dragging down what should be a good experience and is clearly hurting the brand's ratings.

For contrast: I placed an order on 26 June with with a competitor at 11:32am the same day I cancelled, and it was delivered by 8:30pm. That's the standard Sleep Republic's courier should be measured against.

I'd reconsider if the delivery side were fixed.

linen colour is different and looks horrible. The natural in the quilt is very different to the natural in the other three items. Their customer service personnel are telling me that I have to return the items AT MY EXPENSE. I provided photos and spent a small fortune to have the set match. NOT HAPPY! They won’t accept responsibility and don’t care about their customers. I was ready to purchase another 4 sets for the other bedrooms, however they have lost my future business. I feel completely ripped off with what I have received and expecting the customer to pay for return postage is extremely disappointing given that I provided clear evidence that it was their fault. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Reason for review: I always give the retailer the opportunity to correct a bad situation by abiding to my consumer rights, but when the retailer communicates with verbatim scripts instead of treating my situation with even a little degree of empathy and understanding, I see Red! Even a child would have noticed that the items were different in colour at the packing stage. Says a lot for their QUALITY CONTROL! "Fool me once, Shame on you. Fool me twice, Shame on me!" This retailer will never get that opportunity to fool me again. It's a Huge BUYER BEWARE from me with my experience.

our expectations. We live on the East Coast in Tasmania where the humidity is quite high even in winter . We had issues with puddles of water on the window ledges and we glass on the windows, but running the Dehumidifier overnight completely solved this ! Dries out the bathroom quickly including the towels. Another bonus it gently warms the room as it works . The unit has worked faultless . seen better days. I did a lot of research including on Product Review for replacement wool quilts. Aussie Wool Quilts Boort came up trumps, so I ordered a 3 blanket quilt. Marilyn, one of the owners took my order and asked if I would like extra filling at the feet end of the quilt and I said yes. Marilyn was a lovely lady to deal with. I ordered a pillow at the same time, that also had extra filling.

The quilt and pillow came in minimal although more than adequate packing via Australia Post, the most reliable delivery company for goods to where we live. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly after placing the order that the quilt was delivered.

I ordered a second quilt soon after. Living in the Central Tablelands of NSW, where the temperature can drop to a few degrees below zero frequently during winter, warm bedding is essential, we have already had a -5C this year in May 2021. These quilts are of very good quality and do their job beautifully, they are certainly the best we have ever had in over 45 years of using quilts instead of blankets. The only problem is I find it very hard to get out of such a nice and comfortable warm bed on a freezing morning.

David and Joel came yesterday to repair my Revitalife recliner. One spring only had broken. Again such friendly service although this time I had to wait a little longer for service.

I was able to track the courrier who delivered the mattress, so I didn't have to hang around at home all day and wait. The courrier even carried the mattress up to my apartment on the first floor rather than just the front of the building. The only disappointment was that my sheets were shipped separately via Australia Post, so I had to go out and buy sheets as they didn't arrive on the same day unfortunately.

put together and looked great. Unfortunately, over time it has become a real disaster.

The joints feel flimsy, especially around the headboard. I actually get nervous leaning back on it with a cup of tea because it doesn’t feel secure. Then, just over the one-year mark, one of the joints cracked.

What makes this even more frustrating is that this site states the warranty is five years, but the actual warranty appears to be only one year. Just long enough for the bed to last before issues start showing.

I’ve now had to screw the bed together with braces just to keep it usable while I wait for my tax return so I can buy a replacement from another company.
