Always slept on a sealy. Great Aussie product and warranty back up. Had my last king for 16 yrs sealy replaced topper at 9.5 yrs due to warranty so easy to deal with highly recommended. My exquisite Clermont from Harvey Norman is up to my expectations again

Bought the Sealy Exquisite Couture Luxury Medium. It is amazing and best mattress I have owned. After years of using sub par bed in a box mattress the different is night and day having a proper mattress. I wake up feeling more rested and my posture is improving as my body is properly supported. topper, which helped but knew we could also adjust the level of firmness. The mattress was always impressive, but after Sealy was able to adjust the firmness level (Exquisite, Excellence Ultra Firm softened to Firm) it is now superb. The adjustment has been a success and all within the one day. Sealy (the Customer Care Team, in particular) have been excellent to deal with and the retailer, Snooze, has been totally helpful in the initial purchase and advising about the subsequent adjustment. "Road testing" a mattress is a lengthy process and we believe our experience has delivered success.

Looking for comfort – The bed looks great and although comfortable I am still adjusting to the feel of it. I may decide it is a 5-star bed given some more time. Show reply

mattress did not have a "matching" ensemble base, but I was able to find a Sealy Posturepedic Exquisite Accolade Base - Double Extra Long size also available in Extra Long Double size available and it matched up perfectly for the mattress in size and colour. I love that it is a Posturepedic as they have a good reputation. Width 1385mm (135 cm) Height 270mm (27 cm) Depth 2030mm (203 cm) Weight 43kg I was able to order online, and got a great discount at the time as they had a sale going, and the mattress was manufactured and delivered to me by Amart around 2-3 weeks later I believe. It wasn't a long wait, and it was delivered in perfect condition. I had to just put the 9 slider legs on the base, unwrap the mattress and base, and it was good to go. The mattress has very sturdy sides particularly around the corners, and I could tell it was really well made. I could only get Firm, but I would have liked it in an Extra Firm as I have a bit of a back problem and need the extra firmness. It is still really good though, and has been really comfortable to sleep on and quite supportive. It's nice and solid and I really love that it is bigger than my King Single but not as massive as a Queen bed. Just perfect. I wish they would make this a more popular and freely available size for the public. I am just very grateful that I was able to get one in this size and quality at all. Very satisfied with it and I can tell how well padded it is and what great quality it is. I highly recommend this mattress, base, and the Sealy company and also Amart.

Bought a Sealy Posturepedic queen ensemble (valued at $3598) from Myer in 2021 for my teenage son. The bed comes with 10 years warranty. requested us to professionally clean the mattress and remove the stain for work and health safety reason. They also requested evidence (receipt) of the professional cleaning service. When contacting their customer service discussing any alternative solution to professionally cleaning the mattress (to minimise further expenses), the customer service representative insisted that cleaning of the mattress has to be done before they would pick up the mattress. They also commented, simply based on the photos, that there seemed to be some misuse of the bed on our part. They said their beds are not meant to be sat on. I asked for personal inspection (hoping this will prove to them that we have not misused the bed) to which Sealy said there is limited availability of their inspector and I would have to wait until January 2026. It appears that Sealy does not like to send out inspectors to inspect. In the email exchange, Sealy stressed that $240 has to be paid for the top panel replacement before picking up the mattress for inspection. They also said we may have to pay $300 for replacement of spring unit if we are responsible for the bed edge collapse.

From the moment I dealt with Sealy Customer Service, they have presumed that the mattress has been misued by us without proper inspection. While Sealy provides 10 years manufacturer's warranty, they do not genuinely warrant their products. I do not have confidence with Sealy's professionalism based on my recent dealing with their Customer Service. There are so many mattress suppliers on the market. With the stress from dealing with Sealy, people are better off buying cheaper products and replacing with new ones every few years.

The mattress contours beautifully without that “sinking in” feeling. I no longer toss and turn during the night, and I wake up feeling well-rested and energised (which is saying a lot, considering I used to hit snooze five times!).

One of the standout features for me is how well it absorbs movement, my husband is a restless sleeper, and I barely feel a thing. No more being jostled awake at 2 a.m.!

The build quality is outstanding, and it looks and feels premium from edge to edge. You can tell Sealy put a lot of thought into the design, especially for Australian sleepers who want both comfort and longevity.

firm queen size by sealy. I’m having the best night sleep. Just like the sales person at Harvey Norman said posturepidic springs is the replica of our standing position in to our sleeping position. When Sealy arranged an inspection, the two service technicians simply measured the mattress using a string line. They never sat on or lay on the mattress to assess the issue I was actually reporting. Their inspection focused solely on visible measurements rather than the real-world comfort and support problems causing me ongoing pain.

As a long-term Sealy customer, I felt dismissed and disappointed by both the product and the way my complaint was handled. A mattress can meet certain measurement standards and still be uncomfortable or defective in everyday use.

For a premium-priced mattress, I expected Sealy to stand behind its product and genuinely investigate my concerns. Instead, I was left with a mattress that causes discomfort and a customer service experience that showed little interest in understanding the problem.

Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be purchasing another Sealy mattress and will be advising my family and friends to look elsewhere.

Very disappointing for a brand I once trusted.

Worst and most expensive mattress I've ever owned. We had it for 7 years and had so many back problems, and also issues with the heat, that in the end we just had to sacrifice the money we had paid ($5K) and purchase a new mattress which has been great. Given the iconic brand name, we expected it to be much better.
