When I realized the piece wouldn't work for my room, they made the 100 night trial return process completely seamless, helpful, and entirely stress free. Although this specific piece didn't work out for my room, the great customer care and product quality completely won me over. I will definitely be purchasing another more suitable sofa bed from them in the near future, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for premium furniture with amazing support!
Firstly had a much heavier mattress but it was too much for us to lift (pensioners) and not soft enough. Ecosa exchanged for a far lighter, softer mattress and it is amazing. Completely happy. Show reply
This is our 2nd Ecosa mattress, this time we purchased a bigger one, plus the bed frame. We really are 100% satisfied. It is the best mattress we have slept on and getting into bed at night is like sleeping on a cloud. The only downside is side is, we don’t want to get out of bed in the morning! Absolute bliss! firmer for sure, but with this the partner disturbance is minimal which is a game changer. Aside from that the sofa looks amazing, the colour and soft fabric are beautiful. It is so well made, the quality is top notch. It’s solid and well structured, fairly heavy which makes it feel durable, yet opens out easily and fits queen bedding perfectly. I had issues with another product I purchased (my fault) and each time I contacted customer service they were super speedy to reply and jumped to action immediately. I cannot fault this brands products and services, they obviously have their priorities right and view after sales service just as highly as they do the quality of their products. I have true respect for this company. Ecosa set the standard for how a consumer business should be run. Above and beyond. Truly delighted.

Dealing with both Resh and Sheila from the Ecosa Dream Team was a blessing. I accidentally glitched and ordered a Q sized quilt for my king bed, and it was easily arranged to exchange. The mattress is very comfortable. But it is not a true queen size of 203 cms. Mine is just 197 cms. Apparently this makes it atypical but still okay. Hmmm! Show reply

instructions regarding the zips on the large cushions such as the cushion with the zip on the flap goes on the bottom. Also it was a struggle fitting the covers onto the angled arm/ backrests.

I’ve tried my best with this company but after being sent three faulty pillow tops (as part of the eurolux mattress), I’m here to tell everyone to avoid Ecosa. through the pillow top constantly along with blue leaching / staining to the underside and the second and third replacement mattress toppers also have had leaching blue staining to the underside.
Albeit, somewhat slow Ecosa have now provided a full refund and picked up the faulty products.

Follow-up · I bought the standard pillow and found it helped on the first night. I felt however that I needed extra height and the best combination for me was one 2cm and one 3cm (supplied with the pillow). My wife can attest to reduced snoring as well. The only difficulty with this is that standard pillowcases are very tight and hard to put on. Still worth it and I now take it with me on trips to make sure I get good rest.

up most mornings with some back pain from the old mattress , but I still have some pain in the centre of my back each morning - whether this is a carry over from the old mattress , or due to the Ecosa , I simply do not know . It is early days ( 3 weeks) . The bed ,relatively light in weight , has solved the problem of making the bed each morning . My wife could not lift the corners of our previous mattress to make the bed because of its ultra heaviness - the Ecosa , although not "light" , is much easier to lift and work with .
Follow-up · Set up was easy . We didn’t buy pillows . Delivery was fine . Both my wife and I have had painful backs over the past few weeks whilst in bed which is concerning . Pain mostly goes away during day. We are both elderly ( 81 and 75 ) . We will rotate the mattress again in case it makes a difference .

love a very firm and supportive mattress. I also like that the other side is softer, so you can flip it over depending on your comfort preference. It’s a great option for anyone who wants the flexibility to adjust the firmness.

I purchased my new ecosa mattress a few weeks ago, and I love it! After sleeping on my daughter's one, got one for myself at my place when on sale, and never regret it. Its so comfortable, I got the plush one, and its heaven. I sleep so soundly, and with my electric blanket, is sheer bliss! You won't be sorry!

In the first place I checked through your chat arrangement that the mattress I was choosing was compatible with the adjustable base. I was assured it was. Shortly after I received a consignment code from Mainfreight and noticed that it was being picked up in Mangere. A few hours later I got a message from yourselves, Ecosa saying I had been… Read more
wrongly advised and that the mattress was not compatible with the base. I asked that you follow up on halting the travel of the mattress but you did not accept that responsibility. I was to waylay the mattress in transit or not accept it should it reach my address. I was to pay $100 to make up for the change of mattress which I did immediately. When the mattress got back to you you would send it to me. Mainfreight in Auckland told me the consignment of the two items was heading to Levin. I rang Mainfreight in Levin on the Thursday and explained the situation and asked them to return the mattress to where it had come from and the man I spoke to said the lorry it was on was being unloaded right then and I would receive an email shortly to programme the delivery of the bed base alone. Monday was to be the delivery day. From Thursday till the delivery the tracking system said the consignment consisted of two items. When Mainfreight arrived they had only the base. A few days later I received a message that the correct mattress was on the way. I checked on the tracking that the consignment was correct and it was, 1 mattress. When the Mainfreight delivered there was the consignment of one mattress and another consignment consisting of one mattress and another consignment of a bed base and another mattress. I did not sign acknowledging receipt of 3 mattresses and a bed base. The Mainfreight person photo graphed the mattress box in my bedroom. The whole experience was quite stressful and I was very annoyed that you did not actually take any responsibility for dealing with the transit of the wrong mattress. Many of the messages seemed to be AI. They certainly showed no evidence of having a sense of humour when after I received a message that items in my consignment might arrive at different times from different locations I expressed the hope that my consignment of one item would arrive at one time. I just got another message repeating the earlier one. Your procedure for dealing with things when they go wrong was appalling. When things go wrong a human should take over. I felt victimised by the way I was treated and have recommended to friends that they not deal with companies that do not allow communication by telephone. Yours in disgust, W J H B

After a month of owning three Ecosa beds and 6 bed side tables we are still waiting on hardware to attach a bed head to a bed and one leg on one bed was too short. Waiting for a warranty replacement. Apart from that, the beds are very comfortable.
