I love my mattress, it was well packaged and easy to unpack, the quality was excellent both of the mattress and the matress protector. We decided to buy this mattress after being highly recommended by a family member. Ordering on line was easy and we received our mattress within a few days. My husband loved the quality of his sleep from night 1, the first 3 nights for me, not so much, maybe just getting used to a different type of support. I simply changed my pillow size and have had a great sleep ever since. Also my back pain has lessened as well, very happy with our choice. Show reply
In April 2026 the federal court sued them $15million for misleading consumers- this lack of integrity is evident through their painful claims process where they only give you a fraction of your money back when your mattress has extreme sagging (4cm in my case - a real back ache). I’d be ashamed to be employed by Emma sleep and causing the suffering of 1000’s of Australians, just so the owners who visited China to find a cheap manufacturer can have a McMansion. Grow up.

I have been using this bed and mattress set for few months now, and we couldn't be happier with it. We used to wake up with back pain every morning, but since we switched to this set, we've had no issues. The mattress is firm enough to support our backs, but it's also soft enough to allow us to sink in and get a good night's sleep.
Another great thing about this set is that it's easy to assemble. We were able to put it together in less than an hour with no trouble at all. It also looks great in our bedroom and has held up well so far.
Overall, I highly recommend the Emma Sleeping Bed and Mattress set. It's an excellent value for the price, and it's comfortable and durable. If you're in the market for a new bed and mattress, you won't be disappointed with the Emma bedding and sleeping. :)

I had the absolute worst customer experience of my entire life with this company. My mattress arrived with a dirty brown stain on it. I could clearly see the stain before I had even taken it out of the plastic. I contacted them to arrange a return and it took a week of unnecessary back and forth emails for my return request to get approved and… Read more
processed. I contacted them on a Monday and had to go back and forth and jump through hoops all week until they finally approved the return on Friday. They actually tried to argue and prevent me from returning the mattress and said they would just send a replacement cover.
Also be aware that when you request a return, they will ask you to send multiple photos of various things. But they don't put all of their photo requests in one email; they first ask you to send a set of photos, and once you have completed that and sent it off, they then email asking for further photos of different things and so on. This was so physically demanding on me as I am currently pregnant and every time they asked for more photos I had to haul the mattress out, wrestle the protective plastic off and take more photos. I felt like they were trying to make the process as hard as possible so that I would give up. Eventually my return request was approved, and then it took another 6 days for it to get collected, and another day for the refund to get processed. So overall I spent nearly two weeks going back and forth, jumping through hoops and arguing just for them to take back the dirty product they sent me. This wasn't a case of me trying out the mattress and not liking it, this was completely on them for sending me a dirty product and then making the return process so difficult. I will never, ever order a product from them ever again.

they are made these days they all have those pattern tops so the topper anti slip surface not worth anything. Wouldn’t recommend for the $400 paid but will say it’s comfortable
Follow-up · No straps for securing so it moves around especially if you’re a restless sleeper. Heavy to lift and move. Thickness could be a bit thicker but this would add weight and as before it’s comfortable but would not have bought if I’d known there were no securing straps

I have enjoyed receiving and sleeping on my Emma mattress. It was easy to set up on my bed frame. It’s lighter than conventional mattresses so it’s easier to change the sheets if you have old muscles and joints. It is very comfortable to sleep on. I would recommend this mattress to anybody. Communication regarding back order was fantastic, options to wait or cancel were given. Regular updates were sent. Product arrived and was packed very well. Since putting it diamond topper on the bed I have noticed a difference to my sleep comfort as I am a side sleeper. Pain level has dropped a little which was the desired goal. automated response received 5 days ago. The generated label never appeared so I took to phoning customer service which was a very unpleasant experience. The advisor was impatient, rude and unhelpful and then cut me off before he sent the label. He required the same authorisation that I have already provided all over again even though it has been approved and supposedly generated. Who knows whether I ever receive the label or a refund (just need to brace myself for another call). Might be time to take this to another level and contact Consumer Protection as my patience is running thin. Whatever you do, avoid buying from this company unless to you plan to keep their products as the call centre and online help is highly unsatisfactory.

The Emma luxe plus king bed mattress we bought is comfortable enough but way too soft leaving us both waking up with aches and pains especially in our back. Next time I won’t be buying online. Definitely need to try a mattress before you buy and not buy because the sponsored ads all say how good it is

Excellent mattress and value for money. Helpful proactive customer service identifying the mattress purchased was out of stock , but offered an upgrade and immediate delivery. That's where the lost star comes from,delivery only dropped it at the front door and left me struggling to get it inside. Emma Luxe Plus Mattress for 1/5 of the price. It’s honestly the best mattress I’ve slept on. When I go back to my girlfriend’s house to sleep, she always says “Your bed is way more comfortable”. I didn’t like the idea of buying a mattress without testing it aswell but thank god I did. The mattress was delivered the next day which was crazy to me. Also lads, just because the brand is called “EMMA” doesn’t mean you shouldn’t buy it ;)

so soft and comfy it takes me to cloud 9 as soon as I sit or lie on it, all my back probelms and insomnia all sorted(remember I'm still dreaming), from ordering product to receiving product was a breeze.
As only thing I received immediately within 2 days was pillow, so given below is the honest review of pillow.
It's a nice pillow, speaking from the experience, someone who has spend almost $250 on a single high end pillow to Kmart $15 pillow, but still can't find the balalnce, it is a nice pillow, misses love it more then me, so atleast someone is happy in the family with the purchase.
Overall purchasing experience just like every single website on planet earth, was a breeze. Money was taken as quickly as possible, now just waiting for mattress so I can see and feel is it worth it or not.

I ordered 2 mattresses. Incorrect ones were sent to me. Now the ones I wanted are completely out of stock. I have an Emma matress from 5 years ago. It is amazing. The ones they make now are cheaply made. I wont ever purchase a matress from them again unfortunately
